About this property
Beachfront house, in front of the sea, in a quiet village - Wifi
Perfect place for families with children for its high security and tranquility. It is wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea.
Magnificent house with two floors, a few meters from the sea, on the beachfront that is rented perfectly equipped and decorated with detail to make you feel at home. It also has a pool!
In July and August it is only rented for fortnights: from 1 to 15 and from 16 to 31 or for full months.
A discount will apply if you rent a full month or more! Ask me.
On the main floor you will find a spacious living room with excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea and equipped with TV, a large kitchen perfectly equipped with hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dishes and cutlery. It has a powerful cold air conditioning for summer and a heat pump for winter. On this floor there is also 1 toilet.
On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning and the third with a small terrace that overlooks the pool area so it is very fresh and does not need air:
- The main room has a double bed with a wonderful terrace from which you can hear and see the sea, which also has a large built-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
- The second room has two single beds of 90cm, air conditioning, a large window and fitted wardrobes.
- The third room has a sofa bed, completely new in which two people sleep because it is the size of a double bed. This room has a terrace that also gives access to the solarium.
- There is a full bathroom with washing, shower and toilet on this floor.
On the top floor there is a private solarium that enjoys great views of the sea and has furniture to enjoy evenings in the sun or have a quiet dinner while listening to the sea.
The house is completed with a communal pool, it is parked in front of the door of the house, wifi and mosquito nets in the windows.
The house is fully equipped, towels, sheets and dishes are included. The costs of water, electricity, electricity, etc. are already included.
In July and August the house is rented only for fortnights. The pool is open from June 1 to September 15.
The house is registered in Junta de Andalucia as a holiday home.
The village:
In the urbanization El Calón, a very quiet and relaxing place, with the security of being able to let the children go out around and bathe alone without worry. The wonder of having the sea just one step away from swimming, diving, fishing, without leaving home.
El Calón is a small town, charming and very quiet. All its activity is concentrated around the fantastic beach, of the same name as the town. The house is located in an area away from the main beach with small coves just in front of the house. There is a bar with excellent typical local food (especially recommended paellas) located 2 minutes walk from the house. The nearest supermarket offers free of charge to take your purchase to the door of your house.
The weather: Heat in summer, but the nights are cool. The water, warm and transparent, not to leave the sea. The sea is perfect for the whole family's bathroom.
Area:
It is worth a visit to the town of Mojácar, to see its small shops and its picturesque narrow streets. You will also find numerous bars and restaurants. In Águilas you can visit its marina, as well as a wide range of tourist facilities and beautiful squares surrounded by gardens. San Juan de los Terreros is known as the Puerta de Andalucía due to its position between the borders of Murcia and Almería. It is a vacation spot that has grown around a small fishing village and is famous for its cave houses and quiet beaches that are safe for the whole family. The symbol of the town is the castle built in 1764 to defend the coast against attacks by Berbers. In the mountains there are old iron and silver mines worth traveling through in order to see the old neighborhoods and villages in ruins, where the miners lived. This is an ideal place for the whole family and with its mild winters and average temperatures of 20 degrees and approx. 320 days of sunshine makes it a perfect rest at any time of the year.
