The house is situated at the third and last floor of a building equipped with electric winch for your luggage. The site is situated in the heart of the historic center of Catania, “Via Antonino di Sangiuliano” just 200 meters from Piazza Vincenzo Bellini and Catania’s seaport.

5 minute walk from the Duomo and the characteristic fish market, also 3 minutes’ walk from the main street “Via Etnea” and traditional market called " a fera o luni ".

Located in a strategic position to move freely using public services, the house is situated right inside the walls of the " arcs of Marina", right across the historic police station and a short walk from the Bus station leading to the sandy beaches of “La Plaja” and Catania’s Main Airport.

5 Minutes’ walk from Catania’s Central Train Station for an easy access to the Etna Volcano, Taormina , Siracusa, Noto, vendicari , Ragusa Ibla , Aeolian Islands , Piazza Armerina , Palermo, Caltagirone and and the most beautiful beaches of the island.

Plenty of free street parking nearby can be found same as well as pay-per-hour parking if you don’t manage to move your car by 08:30 am until 20:00 pm.

The house is hosts' main residence during the winter time so it is fully furnished with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher , vacuum cleaner , fan oven , microwave , blender , food processor , kettle , new air conditioners in both bedrooms, iron, a fan in the living room , hairdryer , wi-fi optic fibre connection throughout the house & 840 Italian Channels .
