Terraced house distributed over two floors, on the ground floor we have an American kitchen (fridge, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, utensils), living room with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower and terrace with direct access to communal pool and garden, in the upper part we have master bedroom with terrace, air conditioning, bed of 1.35 and another bedroom with 2 beds of 90, fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with tub. Urbanization with swimming pool, garden area and parking. Located 4.5 km from Denia and 400 meters from the beach in very quiet urbanization which has a swimming pool, garden and parking, plus a supermarket 100 meters, bus stop, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Super!

Super résidence bien située pas loin de la plage, le commerces et les restaurants. La piscine est au pied de la terrasse à 5m. Les enfants en ont bien profités. Le gérant est tres sympathique et professionnel. Merci encore une fois pour votre accueil.
