October break

The villa is beautiful, very clean. All the decoration is up to date and everything we needed. The gardens are lovely with lemon and fig trees. Chantal met us at the property and showed us around. We had a great week.

Superbe vacances à Dénia. Très belle maison avec un joli jardin et une vue incroyable sur la mer d'un coté et de l'autre coté sur la montagne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Marta, disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des excellents conseils de visite.Merci pour ces vacances.

Très belle villa, très calme, avec une vue fabuleuse. C'était parfait. Nous avons de plus été très bien accueillis par Marta, qui maîtrise très bien le français et qui est adorable. Nous avons été en contact également avec Lorenzo, très gentil et réactif.

Une villa superbe très bien équipée. Au calme et proche de la plage et du centre. Un accueil très chaleureux. La piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Une vue incroyable sur Denia et la mer. Nous recommandons à 100%. Merci à Lorenzo et Marta😀

A house with a view

We spent our summer vacations in this beautiful house, and had a fantastic experience from the first moment to the last. Our girls jumped in the pool the moment we got to the house and we had our first dinner looking over the Mediterranean sea from the outdoors dinner table, which is perfectly placed to look over the pool (while the little ones are taking a swim) at the same time. The house has a very nice and well kept garden while looking up, we had a view over the Montgó mountain. The house is well equipped and we did not really lack anything during our 10 day stay. We liked the area, Denia and surroundings, too and all in all enjoyed our vacations there very much. Many thanks to our hosts, Lorenzo and family for our time there.

Ruhig und atemberaubende Sicht zum Meer

Schönes, sauberes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt Denia zum Meer. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Calme et sérénité

Villa très propre, literie très confortable, piscine très agréable , jardin soigneusement tenu, cadre agréable , tout le confort est répertorié, il manque juste des housses sur les transats sinon c'est un 20/20.

Un buen lugar para desconectar

Se trata de una bonita y cuidada propiedad para disfrutar de una autentica tranquilidad dado que está ubicada en una zona de poco tránsito con unas buenas vistas tanto del mar como de la montaña. Destinada eminentemente a ser disfrutada en su exterior tanto por su bonita piscina como por su terraza y diferentes zonas con sillas, mesas y tumbonas, la constante brisa hace muy llevaderos los días de calor.

Heerlijke villa met prachtig uitzicht

De villa staat in een rustige buurt en heeft een prachtig uitzicht naar de zee. Een heerlijke ruime villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Goed rechtstreeks contact met de eigenaar.
