Old Cascina LeRonche, Authentic Historic Cottage

Complete apartment with private entrance in a historic Cottage, of very recent and accurate renovation, belonging to the same family for five generations. The property is located in a rural area just 5 km from Lake Maggiore and inside it boasts a large fenced park of 5 hectares, distributed between a large garden and a characteristic private forest, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation in contact with nature. Inside the property there is also an American blueberry plantation that surrounds beautiful meadows.

The accommodation has been appropriately furnished to enhance the rustic features of the farmhouse: thick walls, which ensure an efficient thermal barrier, and original ceilings manufactured with rare exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there are: private entrance, spacious living room with fireplace and large double sofa bed, equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the first floor: large double bedroom with balcony overlooking the colorful garden and full bathroom with spacious shower and fine finishes.

La Cascina is just a few minutes drive from the main attractions of the area:

Lovely house and property in a beautiful location. Tiziana and Salvatore are wonderful hosts, helpful and considerate, exemplified by Tiziana still being there to welcome us when our arrival was delayed until nearly midnight.

cosy and incredibly beautiful

Nothing to complain, it was simply lovely. The only thing to mention: the owners have a really big dog, who checks the estate. But since the estate is a similar way big as the dog, he is not around all the time. Besides, this particular dog is the most chilled and easy dog, once you've been introduced. I kinda liked him, and i usually don't like dogs.

Superb - we will be back hopefully!

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and understood my appalling Italian with grace. Nothing was too much to ask, Tiziana thought of all the lovely homemade touches, jam, juice, coffee, biscuits, etc. The property is sublime and the conversion sensitively beautiful with graceful furnishings and a true cottage feel. If we were to be blessed with an Italian countryside farmhouse, this would be it. Also very central, 25 mins to Lake Maggiore, 1.5 hours to the incredible Walser villages in Alogna. Loads of restaurants nearby especially if you have a car. Beautiful leafy walks. The photos do not come close to doing it justice.Grazie Mille Tiziana and Salvatore, didn’t want to leave. Ps. Stayz algorithm would not let us post photos of the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen??

Beautiful and calm location

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house was clean and has its very attractive own charm. The interior is very well chosen and everything is there what you need for normal household. In addition there is a really big garden with a pool which both is also very well groomed. The hosts, Tiziana and Salvatore, take care very well making your stay enjoying. Thank you very much both of you for the very relaxing and enjoying vacation we had. :-) Finally: There is nothing for me which should be improved or changed. If you ate looking for a calm and beautiful place to stay this you might have found it with this location! 5/5 stars

A luxurious Italian Cottage near Lake Maggiore

Tiziana and Salvatore were delightful hosts! My husband and I had been traveling Italy for 2 weeks and their friendly hospitality and accomodation stood out! Tiziana's design flare to her cottage interiors was something to be admired. Every last detail was accounted for including a modern bathroom and kitchen, lounge and dining room. The Queen bed was superbly comfortable and adorned with beautiful linen. The whole cottage sparkled with 'jewels' from yesteryear - paintings on the walls, ornaments and good quality Italian implements. Even though Tiziana and Salvatore couldn't speak English (and we couldn't speak Italian), we had great conversations about each couples homeland and lives to date. Salvatore told us about the time he went to Australia and was introduced to 'The 3 Sisters' (very high mountains in NSW). Salvatore couldn't see what his Australian friends were on about as nothing compares to the mountains of Arona, Piemonte. We all laughed and agreed that each country offered things to see. On the Saturday night, Tiziana cooked us a delicious dessert which was warmly welcomed. She also recommended a fabulous hair salon (that was also appreciated) and a local restaurant that we could walk to. We throughly recommend travellers wanting to visit Italy stay at LeRonche Antica Casino, authentic Italian Cottage near Lake Maggiore. You won't find better hosts than Tiziana and Salvatore and a better area to visit than the lake district of Piemonte.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij LeRonche. Het sfeervol ingerichte appartement bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook de enorme tuin is geweldig, we hebben daar heerlijk kunnen ontspannen. Tiziana en haar familie zijn heel gastvrij, we voelden ons erg welkom. Aanrader!

Magnifique séjour dans cette belle demeure en tout point conforme à l’annonce. Près de plusieurs lieux d’attraits, il faisait bon revenir dans cette maison, au calme, après avoir exploré cette superbe région. Un gros merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse.

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben im Inserat. Sehr ruhig gelegen wie beschrieben. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sehr grosses Grundstück mit viel Gelegenheiten im Freien zu sitzen. Es ist ein grosser Hund auf dem Grundstück der alles bewacht. Nimmt aberxvon uns als Gäste keine Notiz. Alles bestens wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde

Das Haus ist sehr schön im alten Stil renoviert. Alles sehr sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und am wichtigsten mit Familie, eine Spülmaschine ;-). Der Garten ist sehr groß, ruhig und schön. Pool sorgt für Abkühlung. Tiziana ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man kommt schnell zum Beispiel zur Orta See, wo man Boot oder Kajak ausleihen kann und baden kann.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Tiziana e Salvatore sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Lovely relaxing holiday

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach der Hammer. Es hat bäuerlichen Charme und trotzdem modern. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Von diesem ruhigen Stücken Erde aus kann man jeden Tag einen andere Aktivitäten starten, oder einfach nur den Garten und die Gegend genießen. Das i- Tüpfelchen sind natürlich die Gastgeber Tiziana und Salvadore nochmal besten Dank und Alles Gute für die Beiden.

Perfect

I spent a short holiday alone in "Le Roche". You find everything you wish. The apratment is very clean with all necessary equipment in the kitchen and the bath room. The garden is gorgeous and the dog is very friendly. It is very calm and peaceful there with a fantastic view and the location provides all possibilities of great holiday activities: water sports, hiking, cycling, sightseeing for places of interest. Last but not least, Tiziana and Salvatore are perfect hosts - warm and friendly, very helpful and at the same time with polite discretion. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Relaxing place

We have been to Le Ronche for the 2nd time and again found it nice and relaxing. The appartement is very clean and well-stuffed, for breakfast you could harvest some grapes or other fruits if you want, after that go for walks or enjoy the little pool or make a trip. Thanks to Tiziana and Salvatore, they make you feel very welcome. A very nice place for vacations.

Oase der Ruhe mit Herz

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub bei Tiziana und Salvatore erlebt. Sie sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste sorgen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Entsprechend ist das Ferienhaus ausgesprochen liebevoll und geschmackvoll mit vielen zusätzlichen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos oder eher noch besser. Mit dem Parkähnlichen Grundstück herum ist es sehr ruhig, man schläft hervorragend und kann auf der Terasse entspannen. Die Heidelbeeren sind viel besser als die, die man in Deutschland kaufen kann. Cascina La Ronche ist ein perfekt gestaltetes Feriendomiziel in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir wären gerne länger als 2 Wochen geblieben, also müssen wir noch einmal wiederkommen.
