Appartement spacieux et confortable dans un quartier calme près du centre

Situation idéale pour les professionnels, les amis, les couples, les familles qui veulent passer un agréable séjour à Bâle, près du centre (Marktplatz 800 m.), dans un quartier résidentiel calme.

L'appartement est très calme, la rue en face est à vitesse limitée (seulement 30 km/h) et surtout utilisée par les vélos !

L'appartement se compose de :
- grand salon avec canapé, Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision à écran plat, bureau, balcon (avec table de jardin et deux chaises pendant l'été)
- cuisine entièrement équipée, avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso, four à micro-ondes, table et chaises pour quatre personnes.
- chambre double avec balcon et salle de bain privée (avec baignoire)
- deux chambres simples
- deuxième salle de bain (avec douche)
Toutes les chambres donnent sur la cour, verte et calme.

Les chambres inoccupées sont fermées.

Un lit d'enfant pour les enfants jusqu'à 1 ans (poids maximum de 15 kg) et une chaise haute sont disponibles.

À la disposition du client et inclus dans le prix :
- sel, poivre, sucre, vinaigre, thé, café en capsules
- détergent à vaisselle, linge de cuisine
- serviettes, draps, détergent, shampoing

Parking privé dans le garage du même bâtiment, 15 CHF par nuit (demandez au propriétaire).

Au moment de l'enregistrement, le client reçoit :
- BASEL CARD (billet gratuit pour les transports publics de Bâle et 50% de réduction sur l'entrée de divers musées, zoo, etc.)
- Carte et informations utiles sur la ville

L'appartement est situé près de l'arrêt de tram "Zoo Bachletten", à deux arrêts de tram de la gare centrale CFF. La place centrale de Bâle, "Marktplatz", se trouve à 800 m.
Liaison directe avec Stadttheater, Marktplatz, le Centre de Congrès (Messe), la Fondation Beyeler, (tram n° 6) et le Campus Novartis (tram n° 1).

Le zoo est à deux pas de la maison. Un supermarché se trouve à 250 m.
Le "Schützenmattpark", situé à seulement 450 m de la maison, est une agréable oasis de verdure en toutes saisons. Il y a toujours une bonne raison de le visiter ; pour une promenade dans le vert, pour faire du jogging, pour emmener les enfants jouer dans l'aire de jeux pour enfants et pour aller au bar/restaurant "Pavillon im Park". En plus,
le parc est visité presque chaque matin par un groupe de cigognes !

Location of the house was ideal as to proximity to the train station and the old part of the city. Clean, comfortable and homey. Loradana was exceptional in looking after all our wants. She described the area and the transportation very well. I highly recommend this location.

First of all the owner, Laudinella Lucci, was extremely welcoming and responsive to all queries from the start of our booking process to the warm welcome and final goodbye.The property is in an excellent location in Basel with ready access to public transport and also in walking distance to the old town.The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay including basic supplies in the kitchen and access to laundry facilities in the basement. The onsite carpark is a bonus for people driving to Basel. We highly recommend this property.

The apartment was lovely! Loredana was great to work with, and the apartment was also great. It was very clean and close to the grocery store, train station, and we were able to walk to many restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment! It was also great to have access to the laundry facilities, which allowed us to pack lighter. It was nice to get the city transit pass included.

In a 2 1/2 week European vacation from Milan-Amsterdam, this was THE BEST place we stayed in, and Loredanna was wonderful. She gave us maps and visited with us about best places to go and what to do and on & on. She was terrific and we stayed 2 nights and would like to have stayed much longer. 5 STAR all the way! We would go back tomorrow if only we could! Best VRBO/BEST HOST! Everything was meticulous & even better than advertised! Don’t miss this experience, great location also, Quiet & close to everything on a short tram ride! Awesome !

The apartment, location, amenities, and host were spectacular! The building has a unique design that is perfect for early morning coffee and relaxation. My friend and I were able to get everywhere in the city in under 20 minutes either walking or taking the public train that is two blocks away from the building. The neighborhood is charming and quiet and the back patio looks out to a pleasant communal courtyard. Our host took care of every need and she also has lots of great advice for nearby attractions!10/10 recommend

Our host, Loredana, was super friendly, super informative, super caring. She met us when we arrived, oriented us to the appliances and gave us a bit of information regarding the trams and how to get around the town. The apartment is large enough to give you space to spread out and not feel confined. The bed was super comfy. If you’re looking for a great place to say in Basel, close to the ancient city and museums with a host that’s available to answer your questions I highly recommend this place. Great Place, Great Hostess

Loradana, our hostess, went above and beyond to make our Basel visit successful. The Vrbo was spotless, well appointed, centrally located, and convenient. Great place in Basel

A very clean and home-feel apartment close to Basel old town and all commercial functions. We stayed there for a conference and used public transport for connecting to the conference center, the train station and shopping. Apartment manager was super friendly and useful for local recommendations and addressed our needs very well - thank you, Loredana!

The apartment is located close to everything we needed and our host was lovely! She had maps prepared for us and also got us city passes before we arrived (half off to the zoo, museums, etc). She was an incredible host! The apartment was furnished with everything we needed. If I have the chance come back, I hope this is still available.

Excellent Basel Base with Accommodating Host

We had a great stay at this place in Basel! The apartment had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The host also provided tram passes, which made getting around the city really easy.She did a detailed walk-through when we arrived, which was helpful. She likes to stay in close communication and prefers to be there for both check-in and check-out, so just make sure to keep her updated and be on time. That said, she was very accommodating and let us store our luggage after check-out until we had to head to our transportation later that evening, which was a big help.Overall, a solid spot to stay while exploring Basel!

Outstanding Stay

This deserves a 6****** star rating! The apartment was immaculate and an ideal location from the Basel SBB train station. Two nearby tram lines provided easy access to all attractions. Loredana is not just a very receptive host but an excellent source of information: directions from the train station to the apartment, explaining how everything in the apartment worked, restaurant recommendations, where to shop for groceries, museums to explore, the three towers and how to get to them, and how to use the ferries to cross the Rhine. Thank you ever so much for a lovely stay.

Wow! What a lovely rental property

We found the property to be more lovely than the photos implied. The interior is modern, roomy and efficient. The dual balconies are a perfect way to connect with both city life in the front and nature via the beautiful gardens in the rear. Everything about this property is first class. And Loredana, the host, is on the spot for arrival, in-stay assistance, and departure. The only small thing we need to call out is that the fees for both interior parking (which we opted for, and was much appreciated) and occupancy taxes are daily, not for the length of your stay. But the "Basel Card" Loredana obtained for us (much thanks to her) paid off in so many ways in discounts and free fares. We would never stay anywhere else in Basel. Don't you!

It is very difficult to find street parking in Basel. This is why we have decided to provide parking for our guests at an affordable price (less than you pay on the street or at the parking house). Regarding tourist tax, payment is separate from the booking and must be made upon arrival. The price is per person and per night. You are always welcome.

Cozy and fun

This was an incredible place - clean and bright, centrally located, kind and caring host, she even looked up a place to have Italian cappuccino, and she helped my cousin with her bags on the stairs at the entrance. Loved it! Will be back!
