Lejlighed i det historiske centrum med tre soveværelser og eget badeværelse

Casantò Guest Home ligger i det historiske centrum af Palermo. Den totalrenoverede og airconditionerede lejlighed ligger på første sal i en bygning med elevator, har tre soveværelser, alle med private badeværelser, og en opholdsstue med tekøkken. Værelserne er udstyret med fladskærms-tv er uafhængige af hinanden.
Vi er tæt på fodgængerområdet via Maqueda, hovedgaden i det historiske centrum af Palermo. Bygningen har udsigt over Galleria delle Vittorie, der blev bygget i 1930'erne. Vi er 300 meter fra Massimo-teatret og omkring 800 meter fra katedralen og Palazzo dei Normanni. Busserne, der forbinder byens centrum med fiskerlandsbyerne og lufthavnen passerer omkring 100 meter væk. Meget tæt der er barer, bistroer, restauranter og supermarkeder.
Vi forsøger at få vores gæster til at føle sig hjemme og leverer alt, hvad de har brug for i en lejlighed. Enhver, der beslutter at blive i vores lejlighed, vil altid finde os tilgængelige, fordi vores motto er at VÆRE MED HJERTET FRA HJALET PALERMO!

Location is fantastic. Everything we did for dining and site seeing was walkable. The host is great and was in contact when we needed. He also left some Sicilian food treats waiting for us upon arrival. Can’t wait to visit again.

We traveled with two other couples the apartment had three master bedroom suites! It was in a perfect location to walk to all the sites. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Antonio was so amazing to work with, he was very responsive before and during the stay. I would stay in this property and recommend it to all my friends!

3 beautiful weeks being immersed in the Palermo Sicily culture…….this beautiful apartment in the historic district was perfect for access to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, street food and of course the best ever gelato by foot. Just steps from the pedestrian street that leads to everything exciting to experience in this beautiful city, Our host Antonio was definitely a 10! Helpful in every way! Contact with him was always immediate!!! A totally gracious host! We were on the first floor above the shops, easy stairs up and a lift if needed!! Fully accessible! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!! Very walkable to buses and trains for easy day getaways!!! Fun to see the neighboring towns and seasides! very inexpensive! Thank you Antonio for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories

The apartment was amazing: privacy for both guests and an amazing city location. Rossana, Antonio and Piero were all very accommodating when our changed flights accounted for a delay. Would highly recommend this fabulous apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Castellammare. It was the perfect location for us. Within walking distance of all the main things to see and the main streets. Close to lots of restaurants. The apartment was just like the pictures. Very cute and was quiet during our stay. The air conditioning was great during the incredibly hot weather. Antonio was super helpful in helping us find the parking lot to keep our car and navigating the ZTL passes needed for driving in Palermo. He was super responsive in communication and was a great host. He also gave great local recommendations. Would highly recommend this location for a stay in Palermo.

Antonio was absolutely amazing. He met us at the property and showed us around and helped us get our luggage up to the room. Not far, just 1 floor up. There was an elevator for luggage or handicapped. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. I have back issues and we were in Italy for 17 days. This bed was the only bed that didn’t hurt my back. They seem to be temperpedic beds. The airline lost 2 of our luggage which was very unfortunate causing us to arrive late. Antonio told us to let him know when they are on the way and he would meet the currier with the bags and put them in the room for us. And he did just that. We were out and about and when we received the phone call about our bags, we sent Antonio a message on what’s app. He put the bags in the apartment and sent us a picture of them so our minds were at ease. Extremely accommodating and helpful so the airline hiccup didn’t ruin the trip too badly. Bathrooms were very spacious and clean. There is a market and bakery right across the street. And tons of restaurants on the street perpendicular to via Napoli. We walked to the marina, which was about 10-15 min walk. Lots of shopping restaurants and sights to see. We also walked to Mercato del Capo (farmers market). It’s 15 mins the other direction. It’s very easy to get around and lots to do. The apartment is in a very good location. There is a saxophone player below the apartment. It didn’t bother us. It was nice to sleep to.

This place is in the heart of Palermo. Very easy to get around. The place is very nice. It is very clean and having three bedrooms with in suite bathrooms was a plus. Definitely would recommend this place

Antonio was wonderful and the apartment was perfect! My friends and I booked for one night originally (we had to get to the airport early the next day), but we wanted to arrive a day early, and Antonio was able to make that work for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had to leave very early, and Antonio made the checkout process very simple and helped us find an affordable cab. Thank you!!!

Perfect location

We were able to get all over the city on foot from the apartment. Antonio was so helpful with out parking situation. We all slept great.

Great apartment - noise problem on weekends

The apartment was perfect and as described. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. We had 3 bedrooms and they gave us keys for each bedroom so we did not have to be tied to each other (5 of us). The location was extremely convenient to attractions and restaurants. If you arrive by private car, you better be as good as an Italian Formula 1 driver. And plan on putting the car in a garage - within walking distance, very convenient. Keep in mind Palermo is a dirty city with garbage on the streets everywhere but once you are in the building where the apartment is, there is an elevator (very rare in older buildings in Sicilly) and the apartment is spotless. The only issue, if you are early to bed, is that the streets surrounding the building on Saturday and Sunday have music blasting from cafe's and restaurants until midnight. Our team of 5 friends could pretty much sleep through anything so it wasn't a great bother for us but it could be a problem for some. Other than that, all of us would gladly stay there again.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed the property and the location is perfect! Antonio and his cousin Antonio are both extremely nice and very accommodating. The only thing is the apartment amenities lists a laundry, but there is no laundry in the apartment. Gracias Antonio!!

Great apartment

This apartment was steps from everything. Antonio was extremely responsive and helpful. When he heard we rented a car, he got us a parking permit and helped us find a place to park on the street. The rooms were clean. The A/C worked well. We were very happy with our stay

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was perfect for 5 adults. It was within walking distance of lot of sights and the market down the street. Antonio was super helpful with check in and helped find paeking for the car. We would recommend this place foe anyone wanting to stay in Palermo.

Perfect appartement with private bathrooms in heart of Palermo

We have a very nice stay in the apartment. The 3 bedrooms all have AC and a private bathroom which is really nice. Double beds and mattresses are also good. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. But also you are right on Via Maqueda with many restaurants and snack places. So no need to cook really. A small supermarket for bread erfenis accross the street. Walking distance from most tourist sites. We had a problem with hot water in the showers not working but the owners did everything they could to fix it asap

Great Palermo Apartment

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this Palermo apartment. Located adjacent to the bustling walking street of “Via Marqueda”, filled with restaurants and shops, it was perfect for exploring. The famous street food markets was just a few minutes away, in opposite directions. Historical landmarks were within walking distance, making our visit to Palermo an enjoyable and convenient walking tour. Antonio was a spectacular host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great 4 day stay in Palermo

3 bedroom apartment worked perfectly, with good showers and great lay out. Location is phenomenal, right near the center of the old city. Host was very helpful, both with checking in and advice about the city. We'd highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect in Palermo

Antonio’s place is even better than described! It was absolutely spotless & perfect for our family getaway to Sicily. Centrally located, convenient to restaurants, sites, the city market, etc. Party of 7, all adults. All of us had a separate bedroom with en-suite baths. Rooms were spacious, very nice up to date showers, great bed & bedding. We had two cars to park & there was assistance in finding parking as well. Very secure building, elevator too. The common area was great for breakfast & dinners, well equipped kitchen. We travel quite a bit & everyone agreed that this apartment was outstanding! I’m n a scale of 1-10 this is a 12.

Antonio was the best, the apartment was clean and well stocked with coffee, tea , water, and wine. It is a little noisy, but the music was enjoyable.

Wonderful host, wonderful apartment

Our host, Antonio, is great. We had some needs and requests and he helped us out every time. The apartment was perfect for three friends and would be perfect for three couples too. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with great showers. The location is stellar and lots of fun. It’s on a street with very restricted car traffic. You can find many shops, restaurants, and bars very close by. You are also walking distance to several major tourist attractions. One of our party used a walker and it worked for her. There are only two small steps to get in and an elevator.

Very nice place. Although on Saturday night they played music so loud outside till 11pm. We were trying to sleep early so we didn’t like that
