Over 1200 square feet of outdoor deck space, don't like sleeping indoors? bring your hammock and enjoy the deck and wake up with the birds- will provide the hangers for that hammock. This is end unit, the outdoor private space and deck gives you plenty of privacy and fenced running space for the kids and pups.

Well behaved dogs or cats are welcomed- the terms are simple. If they eat the doors, chairs, couch or anything other than their food or tear up walls, curtains, blinds, or have weak bladder and want to piss on everything they smell than please leave them home or be ready, happy and willing to pay for replacement. Rules apply to humans as well, :)

We love animals and know they are part of the family and should be able come on vacation with the people they love most... and most certainly they deserve a vacation too. - think about all the things they put up with at home everyday. Hilton Head is one of the most dog friendly beaches in the country- no leash required from 6 a.m.-10 a.m. and anytime after 5.p.m. during summer months. Between October -April, no leash required, if your Pup is under voice command.

Perfect and Quiet Location

We stayed here in December after Christmas and really enjoyed our stay! Mike and Marianne were perfect hosts. We received all of the information we needed for check in the day prior to arrival and they even allowed us to check in a little earlier despite having guests leave same day. The location is really perfect- <5 minutes from Shelter Cove but can easily bike ride there- very close to stores, restaurants, shops. It is also on a quiet side street with walking and bike paths. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the Folly Field beach which is amazing! Stone's Throw is a really cute neighborhood. This property is on the corner with a fenced in yard and a small grass area for kids to play, etc. My only complaint is that the drinkware, pots and pans are old and need to be replaced. There was only one small pan to fry eggs but was definitely not a "non-stick" pan. There were also no condiments stocked in the house (which would have been nice). These are of course minor complaints and would not take away from the 5 star rating. We would certainly come again.

Hilton Head Island Getaway..

The condo is very nice and spacious and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a nice week's stay on Hilton Head. Great place to vacation.

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was supplied, from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and umbrellas. Five minute walk to the beach and close the the walking and bike path. It was perfect if you have a dog and was very quiet. Staying here next year.

Why they chose this property

I bought this two-story Villa in 2013, and spent the next year remodeling it from top to bottom. I wanted something that was different from the musty out-dated, often dull rental that I had experienced over my many years vacationing in Hilton Head. I wanted something that played with the senses through simple contemporary styling that incorporated soft colors throughout, art that made you curious not dizzy and fabrics that felt pleasant not stale. I wanted a feeling that when you stepped off the beach, you were stepping into a relaxing Home Spa.

What makes this property unique

The name of Villa Complex "almost" says it all "Stones Throw" - if you are able to throw a stone 300 yards, I know some people in the NFL and MLB that would like to talk with you. The beach is just a short walk away. Make yourself cup of coffee, step out the door, turn left and within minutes you are watching a spectacular sunrise.
