La Villa Cassandra bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à proximité de la plage et de toutes les commodités, tout en étant située dans un quartier chic, spacieux et calme de Puerto Del Carmen. Vous êtes à environ 300 mètres de la plage, soit environ 3 minutes à pied. Cette villa privée entourée de jardins aux murs volcaniques possède un patio orienté au sud bien équipé avec un mobilier de jardin et des chaises longues. La piscine, chauffée électriquement et à l'énergie solaire pour maintenir la température de l'eau, est de taille généreuse et comporte des marches romaines facilitant l'accès. Notre entretien régulier de la piscine garantit que la piscine et la terrasse sont propres et rangées. Le logement se compose de deux spacieuses chambres doubles / lits jumeaux et de deux salles de bains luxueuses, dont une avec salle de bains privative. Un confortable salon / salle à manger mène aux doubles portes de la piscine et du patio ouvrant la villa pour profiter du temps et du barbecue au maximum. Une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée et électrique complète les installations. Il y a une machine à laver, un fer et une planche à repasser et un coffre-fort dans le placard de la chambre. Une télévision par satellite, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi sont également fournis. Un service de ménage régulier, les serviettes de toilette et le linge de maison sont également fournis. Les lits peuvent être faits en double ou jumeaux.

Great restful holiday

As always we love these villas, clean, spacious and maids and pool staff friendly and helpful A light by BBQ would be really helpful especially during winter months when it goes dark earlier. Also maybe larger dishes (casserole) for oven as we like to cook some nights instead of going out every night (our stays are usually 3-5 weeks). Otherwise we just love it as it is 🥰

Fantastic as always

We have stayed in this villa several times and there isn't anything not to like. Very comfortable furnishing and beds along with a well equipped kitchen etc.. It is great to have a washing machine too. The villa is located just 5 minutes walk from the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen. The staff are all excellent and very friendly. We will be booking to come back again very soon. No improvements needed

Villa has so much outdoor space everything you need was available lovely and peacefully quite but not being far from the beach restaurants and bars. Highly recommend a stay here Outside seating cushions would be nice

Villa Katrina

Lovely spacious villa with good size heated pool. Walking distance to resort centre but in quiet area. Excellent communication from booking till departure from Club Oceano Apartments with use of facilities on check out day due to later flight. We would highly recommend staying at this accomodation.

Great stay at Villa Cassandra

Villa set in a great location with everything you need. We travelled with our 18 month old and maids were very accommodating when they arrived and she was napping. The local team are great at dealing with any enquiries you may have during your stay. We booked to go back again whilst we were there Outdoor shower

Location was excellent. Clean, private and homely. Pool was clean and a good size. A special mention for Tammy who was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be back to this villa. Nothing.

Villa Cassandra was beautiful everything was like new, the Villa was spotless so was the pool. I can highly recommend Villa Cassandra. Ocean Club Holidays are very professional they even arranged a taxi for us when it was time to leave.

Always great to return!

Such an easy place to holiday - sun, pool, supermarket and staff looking after all everything. Reception staff amazing with any queries! Curtains or blind on the patio window as you are rather on view after dark. Dishwasher is great but more cutlery and crockery would mean putting it on less.

It is always a pleasure to stay at an Ocean Club property. The living area and beds are very comfortable and the pool is very welcoming after a long hot day. Villa Cassandra does not have a/c, which is shame because everything else was perfect. It's very hot in July and August.

Fantastic holiday at villa Cassandra!

Fantastic location - lovely and quiet but only 3 minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. Pool was brilliant, perfect temperature and so nice having it all to ourselves in a lovely private space. Staff in UK when booking and in Lanzarote while we were there were so friendly and helpful. All in all it was a very relaxing stress free holiday and I would highly recommend these villas! The villa itself could do with a little modernising to be honest. Sofas in lounge need replacing and bed isn´t particularly comfy. A few small tweaks and the villa would be perfect.

Very nice, lots of space inside and outside. Quiet area out of the way. Staff very helpful and pleasant. The WiFi is very temperamental. The sky TV needs readjusting - there were v few channels and no children´s channels at all which would have been helpful when chilling out of the sun. Air conditioning would be a welcome addition as the fans are helpful but noisy at night.

I don´t know what "Review Title" means?

Pool, garden/trees,cleanliness,service and friendliness of staff. Outdoor wall lighting - we had regular bbqs and the amount of light shining on the table (Cassandra) was just not quite enough. We had a similar problem with the BBQ until the spotlight for teh BBQ was replaced but I wonder if the same can be said of the other villas as I noted they did not appear to have a spotlight and must have had to rely on the light emanating from the wall lights? Hot water. Great to have lots of hot water but ours was scalding hot and great care had to be taken to not burn yourself. In fact the water was so hot it melted a plastic bottle we were washing! Suggest signs to warn people of how hot the water is. Fans in the rooms are very ineffective (and noisy). Other places we have stayed have ceiling fans which seem to be the best.

Long awaited Holiday

Having booked the Villa in 2019 we had to wait a long time to be able to enjoy a much needed holiday and it couldn't have been better. The Villa was excellent. Great location, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the pool just topped it off. The admin team were really helpful and very quickly assisted us with a small issue we had. WIFI was also really good. Things couldn't have been better and we hope to stay again

RETURNING for the FOURTH TIME

The villa was spotless on arrival. WiFi works perfectly. Dishwasher was an unexpected surprise. The on going cleaning service for pool and villa is superb. Great location, quiet but only 5 mins to shops, beaches and main promenade. The villa is alarmed and has a safe which is reassuring too. Reception team are 1st class and helped with securing home visit for Covid test before travel home. We will be back and can not recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.
