This property is a large, bay side home boasting 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! This beautiful home is absolutely perfect for any group of family or friends traveling to South Padre Island, TX! The two-story home features a spectacular interior with large spacious bedrooms, ample bathrooms and an open concept living and dining area. The private pool and hot tub in the backyard is amazing!

The kitchen is large and if fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a large flat screen TV and multiple couches for guests to relax on. The dining area features a nice 10 seat table to accommodate guests with additional seating over the kitchen bar. The second floor encompasses the additional 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Guests can easily access the private backyard pool directly from the living room. The pool is large and also has a hot tub. It's perfect for family cookouts and hanging out with friends. Guests are welcome to use the two car garage to park their vehicles. This home accommodates up to 16 people and allows up to 4 vehicles.

We stayed at the home from 07/03-07/08. It was close to everything. The house was equipped with what we needed and it was clean. I didn't know how to turn the heat on for the pool but the maintenance guy came within minutes. Everything was great đź‘Ť thank you for making our trip a success

Our stay with SPI rentals was great as they offered a beautiful house that was able to fit a big group of mine. There was no wait and everything was great! Close to the beach so easy for fun and great pool in the backyard.

Woohoo! This house is a blast and very spacious for 14-16 people. Recommended to book for spring breakers as it is in a good location on the island. Price is affordable too.

Great house with a great location. Lots of space for a large group. Very comfortable beds and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The tile on some of the counter tops was old and chipping off but otherwise the house was great. Super easy to check in and check out.
