Located away from the city center, in a large garden overlooking the surrounding countryside, you will appreciate the tranquility of this comfortable house. You can access the Brittany coast and its beaches just a few minutes from the rental.
You can enjoy 2 terraces, one overlooking the countryside and the other with 1 spa overlooking the sea.

Spacious, this bright 190 m2 house welcomes you with all the comfort you need for your stay:
- 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with 1 child's bed
- 4 bathrooms, separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- Internet access, television and DVD player

This rental also has a garden, 2 terraces, one of which has a spa with sea view. Barbecue available. Linen can also be provided on request at an additional cost.
