Perfect location

Perfect city, perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect host. Nothing more to say, but; The listing is very accurate and the area of the apartment is beautiful. Only a couple of minute walk from the Castelo and a quaint little cafe 10m from the door with great breakfasts.

Great stay in historic neighborhood!

Originally booked the property due to it’s proximity to the apartment where our friends are staying Since this was our first trip to Lisbon, we had no idea how awesome this neighborhood would be !Being next to the Castle Seo Jorge means you can be one of first in line in the morning and near the peacocks at sunset Great food within walking distance:Breakfast at Audrey’sCoffee and Pastries at Pastelaria Santo António

Great location

You can’t beat the location of this property if you want to stay in the Alfama area. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, a castle and shopping. The property needs a refresh with the shower showing some wear and tear (but great water pressure). Washer/dryer combo works good once you figure it out. The property manager was super responsive even with our 1am check in questions. Overall a good property with a great location for our first visit to Lisbon.

We had a great stay here in Lisbon—it's a comfortable, well-located apartment that worked very well for exploring the city.The location is right in the heart of Alfama, with close proximity to the castle. We really enjoyed wandering the winding streets, though it does take a bit longer to get to and from places given the layout of the neighborhood.During the day, with the windows open, you’ll hear a light background hum from tourists, but nothing overwhelming. At night, it was very quiet, especially being on a side street with little foot traffic.Transportation takes a bit of planning—Ubers can’t reach the door, so you’ll need to identify a nearby pickup and drop-off point in advance.The apartment itself was comfortable, with a good amount of space and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with wine and snacks, and communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout.
