Kids & Eco friendly vacation house Detroit / Livonia

The fully air conditioned 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom home with walk in closet. (1100 sqf), located on half acre lot.
There are spacious living area, kids playroom, breakfast area and utility room with washer, dryer and iron, all linens and towels are provided.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, Brita water filter etc.
Sleeps 4 (adults)
1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 crib, 1 portable crib
Other items that comes with house include:

Use of high speed internet
Use of baby equipment is offered witch includes highchair, crib and portable crib,swing, infant - toddler bath tub, bouncer, toys, books.
Please refrain from using the garage. If access is needed, please reach out to me for permission.

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

The house is located close to a big shopping center (Kohls, Walmart, CVS, ToysRUs, Sears, Dunkin Donuts, Arby's, Burger King, Coney Island, Gas Station .....)
and close to Livonia Recreation Center and Parks.

We do not use any chemical cleaners or detergents only organic products mainly Seventh Generation brand or Elizabeth's Kind Café brand. and organic grass fertilizers.

Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is exactly as described and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would stay here again when visiting family.

Great for families!

After a long day of flying with two kids under 3, it was awesome to land this house. It had all the things we needed from the fully functional kitchen to the closet of toys and everything in between. I’m super happy with how clean the home was and it’s proximity to amenities and family was awesome. I love the attention to details, the potty seat for the toilet allowed us to continue out potty training routine. The bottle warmer and the high chair were a god-send. Some improvements would be adding child proofing for the outlets, and there was some needed upkeep items. The vertical blinds were hard to open and close. A wall canvas in the dining area fell off the wall because the command hanger lost its grip, we’re lucky it was during the night and not while the kids were up and about. Overall, I’ll certainly look into staying here again when we are next in town!

Great property in Livonia

The property was very clean and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Would highly recommend this property.

Sweet, clean, complete house in quiet neighbourhood with huge backyard

Great value for money. We stayed with 3 adults in June 2018 for 9 nights. We were visiting family in the Detroit area. Compact house with large backyard, spacious for 3 - 4 adults. We found the house very clean with comfortable beds, spacious and complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and airconditioned. We certainly would consider staying here again.

Clean, convenient. Good for a small family.

This is a small home but it worked well for our family of 3. The home was clean and the location was convenient. We were traveling with a 5-1/2 year old, but if you are traveling with younger kids, this is a great choice as it's very well equipped for babies/toddlers (do watch the loose dishwasher, as it tips forward when the door is open). I will note that there is no kitchen/dining table, rather there are two separate bar areas with two stools each, as that's something that we didn't realize from the photos. We had planned to have friends over for dinner while we were both in the area and fortunately they were able to bring a folding table so we could all eat together.

Small Cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this small two bedroom. Although it snowed just about everyday while we were there, the owners had the driveway and walkways shoveled each day as we returned from our work. It was everything that was expected....would definitely stay again. Nice warm home-y feel.
