Villa with large corner garden located in Residence "Farfalla", one of the greenest and quietest residential areas of Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the uniformity of the type of villas.

The house is located entirely on the ground floor and is composed of:
- living room with 32 inch LCD TV with TV-SAT, 2-seater sofa bed,
- separate kitchenette equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kitchenware, iron,
- 2 bedrooms,
- bathroom with shower box.
Equipped with washing machine, safety gates, mosquito nets, high fence around the perimeter. Air conditioning.
Covered patio furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for outdoor dining.
Large corner garden full of greenery, ideal for relaxing, playing children and staying with 4-legged friends.
Free internal parking space also for 2 cars.
A few minutes walk from the sea (400 meters) and from the splendid beaches of the Lidos of Comacchio.

Great location and plenty of space with complete privacy. Modern, very clean bathroom and friendly, flexible communication with the host. Kitchen, beds, and sofa would benefit from upgrades to reach the property’s full potential.
