The amazing view and beautiful interior of this award winning oceanfront condo in Rockaway Beach will take your breath away. A spectacular wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a private deck take in glorious beach, ocean and mountain views.

Open and spacious with vaulted ceilings, Windows on the Sea is the 1225 sq. foot prime corner unit directly in front of the water with an unbroken view up and down our 7 mile long sandy beach. With front row seats to enjoy the ever-changing elements, there's nothing between you and the sea. Gorgeous in sunny weather, there's also no better place for storm-watching or relaxing with a good book or project in the winter.

Our small complex is tucked away at the quiet north end of Rockaway Beach. The modern curved building offers each unit complete privacy from neighbors, and with the stout concrete construction, it's virtually sound proof. Windows on the Sea is beautifully furnished in a modern style, and offers more thoughtful amenities than you've probably ever experienced in a rental. It features two bedrooms, both with quality king beds. Both have firm mattresses with pillow tops and 550 thread-count double-ply linens. We allow up to 5 people, but there are only two beds. There are 2 large couches (not pull-out) and extra linens in case you have someone who wants to sleep in the living room). Two luxurious marble and tile baths have glass-enclosed walk-in showers, plus a large soaking tub in the master bath. We are the only unit in this building with a water heater appropriately sized to both heat the space and sufficient water for the giant tub and all of your other water needs - the only unit with a 120-gallon tank! We also are the only unit with solar shades on some of the huge view windows for relief from the intense sun on exceptionally bright and hot days, and black-out shades in the bedrooms which face the rising sun in the morning. Cook and sip in a gourmet kitchen with all new stainless appliances while enjoying the view. Our kitchen is equipped for a cook, with virtually everything you might be reaching for. Bar stools line the kitchen island, and there's a round glass-top dining table next to the balcony windows, where we have a gas BBQ (available from mid-March through mid-October), cushy chairs and a small table. The condo includes a 55" Sony Smart TV with satellite (including HBO and Showtime) and Blu-ray/DVD player, along with free wi-fi so you can be as connected as you want to be. There's also a large library of CDs, DVDs and books for your enjoyment. The ground floor is the parking, giving the condos above elevated views.  Windows on the Sea is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and long views all the way up and down Rockaway's amazing 7 mile sandy beach. You see the Nehalem Bay jetty to the north with Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain looming behind it, and Twin Rocks to the south. 

Windows on the Sea has its own private elevator** and a cart to help you easily bring your things up in one quick trip. There's also a stairway for those who prefer.
