Apartment Linnea is a tastefully furnished 3rd floor apartment with fabulous sea views and is just 100m from the lovely Rozac Beach. It shares a fabulous 85 sq m communal swimming pool with 16 other apartments. It is located just 2km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. It boasts stunning views from its sea view balcony.

This 3rd floor apartment has an open plan living dining kitchen room that opens onto a balcony suitable for eating outdoors.

Sleeping is in 1 double bedroom , twin bedroom with 2 single beds and in the living room on the sofa bed. This twin bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding door for privacy. Apartment has fold up bed, too.

A modern and well equipped kitchen offers you great inspiration for meal preparation during your holiday stay.

Alternatively if cooking isn't your thing, there are plenty of restaurants nearby plus many more in the old town of Trogir.

During the day enjoy the local beaches, sunbathing and beach side cafes. At night enjoy the night-life of the village or head to Trogir for dining out and some luxury yacht spotting! Wherever you go you'll experience the hospitality and friendliness of the local people from the area and take some wonderful memories.

There is a private parking lot for all apartments in the block.
The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.

Means of access: Getting to the apartment is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 6.5 km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Super Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Es war ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und einem wundervollen Blick. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet gewesen. Auch die Lage war sehr gut und in wenigen Minuten war der Strand sowie ein Supermarkt zu erreichen.

Super schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Perfekt zum Frühstücken mit Meeblick. Drei Klimaanlagen für sehr warme Tage. Internet mit mobilen WLAN. Spühlmaschine und Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Alles Top 👍

Dreckige Appartement

Appartement Linnea war sehr dreckig. Auch Appartement Helena war nicht viel sauberer. Keiner konnte deutsch reden obwohl es auf der Seite stand. Im Pool waren teilweise Fliesen ab. Man kann telefonisch keinen erreichen nur per E-Mail. Ich würde diese Appartements nicht empfehlen. Und im Zimmer wo eigentlich die Kinder schlafen sollen war für uns ausgesehen wie Abstellraum für Putzutensilien.

In allen unseren Wohnungen haben wir eine Mitteilung mit der Aufforderung, uns sofort zu kontaktieren, wenn sie Reinigungsprobleme in der Wohnung feststellen und es tut uns leid, dass dieser Gast uns nicht angerufen hat, da wir die Reinigungskraft immer sofort schicken. Wir geben allen Gästen außerhalb der Bürozeiten unsere Handynummer, unter der Gäste uns anrufen, SMS oder WhatsApp senden können. Leider hat sich dieser Gast entschieden, uns am Sonntag, als unser Büro geschlossen war, ihre Beschwerde per E-Mail zu senden, und am Montag war sie nicht daran interessiert, die Reinigungskraft zu besuchen. Der Gast in Apt Helena sagte uns, dass sie mit ihrem Aufenthalt und der Reinigungsqualität dieser Wohnung sehr zufrieden waren. Sie haben sich bei uns nicht beschwert. Es tut uns wirklich sehr leid, dass die Fliesen im Pool kaputt waren. Der Pool steht nicht unter unserer Verwaltung und die Verwaltungsgesellschaft sagte uns, dass die einzige Möglichkeit, dies zu beheben, darin besteht, den Pool zu leeren, was im Sommer nicht möglich ist, da die Gäste den Pool nutzen möchten. Diese Arbeiten werden diesen Winter ausgeführt. In all our apartments we have a notice asking them to contact us immediately if they see any cleaning problems with the apartment and we are sorry that this guest didn't call us as we always send the cleaner immediately. We give all guests our out of office hours mobile phone number where guests can call, SMS or WhatsApp message us. Unfortunately this guest chose to email us her complaint on the Sunday when our office was closed and by Monday she wasn't interested to have the cleaner visit. The guest in Apt Helena told us they were very satisfied with their stay and with the quality of cleaning of that apt. They raised no complaint to us. We are really very sorry the tile in the pool was broken. The pool is not under our management and the management company told us the only way to fix this was to empty the pool of water which can't be done in the summer as the guests want to use the pool. This work will be done this winter.

Tolles Apartment in fantastischer Lage

Wohnung und Umfeld entsprechen genau den Angaben, wir haben grandiose zwei Wochen mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht genossen. Die Über- und Rückgabe des Schlüssels bei DPM hat problemlos funktioniert. Kleinere Mängel (insbesondere im Poolbereich) sind wohl eher landestypisch und störten auch nicht wirklich.

Fantastisk utsikt

Vi hade en jättebra vecka i lägenheten. Vi, en familj med två barn 9 och 11 år, tillbringade mycket tid vid stranden ca 100 m från lägenheten och vid poolen. Veckan var varm, så det var mycket skönt med aircondition. Vi njöt av av den storslagna utsikten från lägenheten och av att äta frukost och ta en kvällsöl på balkongen.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We arrived late and the property company were happy to arrange a transfer from the airport for us. Communication with them was great throughout. Check in and out was a slight phaff as you have to collect keys and drop off making an extra stop to and from the airport. The apartment itself was great. The kids loved the pool and we loved the view from the balcony. I enjoyed sitting and watching the sun go down with a pivo on more than one occasion. The beaches nearby are fantastic both Camp Rozac and Okrug Gornji beaches have great amenities and crystal clear warm water. There are loads of restaurants and bars along Okrug Gornji and we enjoyed the meals we had at the recommended places in the apt folder. I've given 4 stars as it was just missing some thoughtful touches as there were no bin liners, washing up cloth or a dish washer tablet. Internet was also hit and miss according to the kids. This was our first time to Croatia and everyone we met was nice and happy to talk and help.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, der Blick auf das Meer bezaubernd. Nach Trogir sind es knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Bars liegt (fast) direkt vor der Haustür, was will man mehr? Ein perfekter Urlaub ....

Lovely, clean appartment with a fantastic wiew. All nessasary kitchen equipment in place. Supermarket just down the street, and a quiet beach used by locals as our nearest beach. This is our second year in the same appartment and we usally never ends up in the same place:)
