Good holiday

This property was a great place to stay with children. Although needing some updating the playroom kept the children happy for hours as did the playground. House itself was spacious although not a great internet connection. The local area has good places to visit - The Heron Farm, The Fearne Animal Sanctuary - the kids loved these. Good Indian takeaway in Cullompton delivering to the cottages. To eat out in pubs and restaurants you need to plan as opening times vary

stunning view

We stayed in Oak tree cottage for two weeks. The regular hosts were on vacation but Tracey and Phill took excellent care of us. There is something for everyone of all ages here. We enjoyed the pool and ponds. The peace and quiet are refreshing in todays world.
