La Villa Stephanotis está ubicada en la popular finca de Santa Maria, a poca distancia a pie de la bahía de Santa María, una playa rocosa escondida, ya un corto trayecto en coche de la popular playa de arena de Ghadira y de los restaurantes de Mellieha. Hogar para familias y amigos.

Dentro de la villa, el salón, la cocina totalmente equipada y el comedor se encuentran en el primer piso, con un balcón que da a la terraza de la piscina; Un gran lugar para barbacoas por la noche o desayunos familiares bajo el sol. El plan abierto tiene aire acondicionado para los días calurosos de verano o las noches frías de invierno.

La cocina está equipada con cafetera, lavavajillas, microondas y electrodomésticos básicos como vitrocerámica, horno, nevera y congelador.

En la planta baja hay tres habitaciones amplias y se benefician de aire acondicionado. Dos de las habitaciones tienen baño privado y ducha, y la propiedad tiene un baño principal. Todas las habitaciones disponen de TV con canales digitales.

La zona de la piscina cuenta con varias tumbonas y sombrillas y vistas a un bonito valle.

La Villa ofrece internet wifi gratuito y también televisión por cable y una estación de juegos y un altavoz Bluetooth en la sala de estar. La villa también está equipada con juegos de mesa para que los huéspedes disfruten en una noche en.

Ofrecemos a los huéspedes servicios básicos de aseo, toallas, toallas de piscina y sábanas.

Lovely property in a great location

Really nice property in a nice area. Great outdoor spaces but the kitchen and amenities are limited. Also the beds and pillows could do with improving. Very friendly and amenable hosts. You need a car to get about but the location is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay

Lovely villla with good facilities. Recommend a car otherwise it’s a 1km walk to shops/bus stop etc.

We will return again

An excellent villa in a quiet location. You will need a car to bring shopping in, but the walk up the hill to town takes 15 minutes and the walk down to the beach about 20. We found it easy to get taxis back when we needed them. To be honest though, we didn’t go out much as the pool and patio is so nice. We will definitely return again.

Nice accommodation . Really nice pool

Very nice accommodation. We stayed here for our family holiday. Check in was really easy as the keys were in the lockable box on the wall which we had the key for. Much easier than what we had the previous year where we got to our accommodation but we couldn’t get in as there was no one there to meet us. The pool was really nice. It was great to have a bbq. It was easy to park on the road right outside the property. It was good that we had a hire car as it wasn’t very near to walk to restaurants, shops or a beach. The beach was about a mile away. I think this was the best part of Malta to stay in - only about 10 minutes drive to get the car ferry to Gozo and really close to the best beaches - Golden Bay & Paradise Bay. When we had a problem with the door to the balcony not closing someone came out within minutes to fix it. The Bluetooth speaker was great. The kitchen was well equipped but we could have done with instructions for the cooker. In the end we just kept pressing the buttons until it came on.

Really enjoyed our stay in Mellieha

We travelled to Malta as a group of 4 adults and a pair of twins. The villa was pretty much exactly what we wanted in a property - space to relax, enough bedrooms and bathrooms that we didn’t disturb each other and a really nice pool. The bedrooms are based on the lower ground floor with easy access to the pool on the same level. The rooms look deceptively smaller in the photos than they actually are - in reality they are surprisingly very spacious, with plenty of space to store suitcases and clothes in the wardrobes. There are 3 bedrooms, (2 with en-suites and single beds that are pushed together and a master room with a large bed), and a larger family bathroom with the largest shower. There is in fact a fourth room with a single bed which we found after have a nose around. There is a handy child-safety gate at the top of the stairs which was very considerate given we had the twins. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor was enough space for all of us to spend time together, and for the twins to run around in. The pool itself is really nice and I’d recommend having a dip when the sun is out as the mosquitoes tend to stay away when it’s sunny. Just a small tip! Mellieha is a lovely quiet part of Malta to come back to after a packed day of activities, and I would highly recommend hiring a car as we did. There is plenty of parking on the street outside the villa, with a variety of shops and eateries a short drive away. The ferries to Gozo and Comino are all a 10-15minute drive away, with beaches nearby, and the drive to Valette is quite straightforward provided you have a satnav. I would highly recommend this villa - the communication was always timely and instructions straightforward. The owners were kind enough to provide 2 high chairs and cots, and also allowed us to have a very late check-out as the villa had not been booked on the day of our departure. It made all the difference as we were able to enjoy a day trip to Comino and take a shower before we left for the airport. I would make 2 small suggestions: 1. upgrade the cooking utensils - nothing fancy, just a new set of items that can be picked up from the supermarket and 2. add a few English speaking channels for viewing. I know holidays are not for watching TV, but having a bit of variety is nice just before you sleep or whilst having breakfast. If we visit Malta again we will definitely be staying here!

AMAZING

Had a fantastic holiday all 6 of us. Villa clean, spacious and everything we needed. Lovely pool and owners so helpful. No problem if we needed them. If thinking of booking DO IT !
