This apartment on the ground floor is suitable for 2 people. There is a 200 year old kitchen with a fireplace and wood burning stove, a bedroom, a sitting / dining room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
From the kitchen and the living room you can step onto the yard.
Here you can imagine yourself back in time in untouched nature.
In the summer there is a swimming pool in the garden for cooling.
Walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, eating out, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea or just doing nothing in the middle of nature, it's all possible in Piedmont in the NW of Italy. A day's drive from the Netherlands, an hour from Genoa or Turin and 5 minutes from the picturesque provincial town of Ceva. Casa Bianca is completely isolated from the outside world and is still easily accessible. The farm was uninhabited for decades. The terrain is densely covered with sweet chestnut, fruit trees and hazelnut and is intersected with old roads. The house is situated on a hill with a wide view of deep valleys, mountains and the snow-capped peaks of the Alps. In short, lots of privacy with a breathtaking view.
