In a green environment, 2 minutes walk from the valley town center Pont d'Arc and to all amenities and activities (canoeing, caving, climbing, hiking, canyoning, beaches, historic sites, picturesque villages ....) 2 bedrooms , living area, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 terraces, private parking, and a garden.
