Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment! The host was a great communicator and the beds were comfortable! The apartment is close to the tram which made it easy to get around! I would definitely book this place again!!

Spacious property with a great view. Located west of the city, but right on the Tram line which made getting around extremely easy.
When we come back to Nice, we would absolutely re-rent this property!
The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building facing the Promenade and beside the tram on the opposite side. The apartment is on two levels with a master bedroom in a renovated attic space with a nice view of the sea. There are some low support beams which take some learning in order to avoid bumping one's head. The bed is comfortable and there is a large ensuite. Overall,, the apartment is wonderfully situated next to a tram stop which makes getting around easy. Nice neighborhood, lovely view, traffic noise during the day is blocked completely by excellent doors/windows, building is quiet, shops are nearby as are several restaurants. Makes for a good base for travels in Nice and Cot d'Azur.
Could see right across the beach and all the way to old town from the balcony. Described and pictured perfectly. Fab at check-in considering our flight was delayed 3hrs. Easy to contact owner with any questions etc and was very approachable. Price fantastic for the area and the beautuful comfortable appartment.
Great apartment and really great location for getting around without being in the city centre. Just cross the road for the beach or take a tram steps from the apartment into they town. Lovely evenings drinking wine on the balcony. Many thanks we will be back.

Simply the best!
Our holiday was very great, the house is very cozy and Pierre is a host very helpful and very nice person. If we will come back to Nice, surely will be to Pierre's house!

Comfortable apartment very close to the beach
Perfect location just a stones throw away from the only one sandy part of the gorgeous beach of Nice. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious with a separate living quarters downstairs and fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a beach holiday. Good value for money. Friendly owner, we would happily return to this place.

Perfect holiday location
This apartment is absolutely perfect for a relaxed week of sun and beach in the south of France. The space is clean, modern with beautiful view over the Bay of Nice and only few minutes walk from center town. Here you can relax and forget about every day life. Supermarket and all stores are 2min distance by walk.
This was the second year we had booked and will be booking again in 2013.

The apartment is located very convenient in front of tram station.So going for sightseeing was easy.There are grocery shops and few restaurants so was easy to get food when needed.
The bathrooms were very clean. The floors were little dusty. The kitchen was well equipped. Necessary blankets and comforters were provided.The second bedroom is on top floor so has extra flight of stairs but was easier to get ready in morning.
The host is very nice and was very prompt in replying and helped to check out earlier as we had early morning flight. Communication for check in was very well.

Better than pictures!!!
The description of this property is no exaggeration. We had a fantastic week and Peter is the most hospitable host - nothing is too much trouble for him, but he is never intrusive. The apartment is extremely comfortable and big enough to live in. The view is truly spectacular! We walked or used public transport the entire time and found everything very accessible. Our booking communication with Peter was very prompt and efficient. Thank you for all. We would certainly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Wonderful stay
Can't say enough positive things about our stay. This unit was perfect for our visit to Nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals on the few times we decided to eat in. The apartment was also very clean and updated. Both Jean Pierre and Pierre made the whole booking, check in and check out procedures smooth and easy with great communication. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Nice. The only thing someone needs to keep in mind before booking is that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but if anyone in your party has a disability, it may not work for you.
We enjoyed our stay here very much and can only recommend this appartement. It is well equipped and lacks nothing at all. The view from the balcony or out of the Upper windows is just beautiful. You have several shops around and the boulangeries around are the best.
The tram really stops in front of the house which makes all trips to Nice, Airport, Train stations etc very easy.
Only thing you should consider: the garage is really tiny. If your car might not fit in, but you can rent a parking space for the whole week right across the street at ‚Carras‘ parking for a reasonable price.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we look forward to be back soon.
We spent 11 days in this apartment and the view is just incredible. It is a fourth floor walk up, no elevator which we got used to. We like that it had entrances on the beach side and the neighborhood side. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, boulangerie, and grocery store, plus the tram literally stops in front of the door however, you do have to get used to the little tram bell in the morning. The views are absolutely gorgeous from the loft bedroom upstairs and the balcony, which made it so amazing!
The views overshadowed some of the apartment’s shortcomings which are hard mattresses, the loft bedroom beams you had to always be careful to duck and not hit your head, and having to walk up 4 floors with luggage. We were four ladies staying there and we never felt unsafe. The location was excellent being across the street from the promenade because the early morning beach walks made it so convenient.
Communication with Pierre was excellent. He always answered all my questions quickly and thoroghly, and was so helpful and friendly over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place!

AWESOME FISHERMANS HOUSE
Our dream trip to France, and we couldnt have been more pleased with Pierres apartment...right on the Prom des Anglais and the beach right out the front door. During our 3 week rental, it was the perfect base for our day trips along the Cote d’azur. The apartment is better than the pictures. Alot of room and storage with the two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms , full kitchen and spacious living room..with a perfect balcony to watch the sunrises and sunsets with your beverage of choice. Great boulangerie across the street..2 bigger supermarkets with in a few blocks, and easy bus and train system. Right from the beginning we loved our landlord/owner Pierre...such a kind and generous host, he was always available with any questions we had. Perfect bus instructions to get us from the airport to the apartment where he was waiting to personally show us through the apartment. We would definitely recommend this perfect apartment and Pierre. The security deposit was returned right at the time we left the apt. ....I also understand Pierre has a beautiful rental in Barcelona Spain...which we hope to rent in the future.
