Ground floor apartment with independent entrance about 200m from the sea and less than 2 km from Bagheria the city of eighteenth-century villas. Apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Large dining room with flat screen TV and sofa bed. Nearby, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacconists etc.
