Outdoor bar with BBQ and summer kitchen.
The house is located in a quiet street in Juvignac 2 minutes from the Golf Fontcaude
The tram is 5 minutes by car.
The north-west exit (A75) nearby allows you quick access to the hinterland (Lake Salagou, the village of St Guilhem-le-Desert ...).

Un séjour hors du temps

La villa est très agréable à vivre par ses équipements très fonctionnels. Le calme environnant, les couchers de soleil sur les collines, la piscine, la cuisine d’été, la cuisine très fonctionnelle… autant d’ingrédients qui ont permis ce séjour hors du temps. Son emplacement non loin du centre commercial ainsi que des plages est un atout supplémentaire très appréciable. Ajoutons à cela la sympathie et l’accueil de notre hôte… tout était plus que parfait! Un grand merci!

Des vacances en famille au calme

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison tout confort, située dans un quartier calme. Des vacances en famille avec des enfants de 2 et 3 ans qui se sont éclatés dans la piscine (dont l’accès est sécurisé). La terrasse et la cuisine d’extérieur sont très agréables. Le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueilli et s’est montré disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour. Bref, je recommande cette location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons bénéficié de cette location en 2016, 2017 et reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir cette année. La villa, idéalement située, est très bien équipée : lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, TV, magnifique terrasse aménagée avec cuisine extérieure, barbecue et grande piscine. De nombreux jeux sont mis à la disposition des enfants, (jeux de société et jeux d extérieur) ce qui est plutôt rare dans les locations et qui permet d alléger les valises !!! Des propriétaires très accueillants, sympathiques et à notre écoute. Avec en prime un petit cadeau de bienvenue au top !!! En bref, nous conseillons vivement cette location, et particulièrement aux familles.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances

La maison et très agréable très pratique pour une famille, la maison est au calme et le plus était la piscine très agréable, le propriétaire et très sympathique et à l'écoute nous avons été bien reçu. Les photos correspondent bien à la maison rien à dire à part vous l'a conseillé pour vos vacances.

Excellent cadre pour une semaine de vacances

Nous avons passe une tres bonne semaine a Juvignac dans cette maison. Les photos correspondent parfaitement a la realite et il n'y a pas d'arnaque. Si vous recherchez une maison tout confort pour vos vacances dans la region, n'hesitez pas. Les plus : Propriétaire sympathique. Proche Montpellier et plages. Quartier tres calme. Maison propre et securisée pour les enfants en bas age. Piscine et jeux. Le barbecue. Juvignac possede un petit centre commercial avec supermarché a 10 mn. Les moins : Le style et la decoration de la maison ne sont pas tres modernes (nous sommes un couple de jeune trentenaire et cela reste une opinion personnelle neanmoins). La lavande a proximite de la piscine attire les guepes. Pas de parking interieur mais une place de parking exterieure (malheureusement en plein soleil en ete).

on a passé une super semaine - Thomas et sa petit famille sont hyper sympa et accueillants - une vraie maison familiale avec tout le confort A 10 min de Montpellier, niché dans la garrigues , sans vis à vis - au calme je conseille vivement cette location.
