Apartamento completamente nuevo en el centro histórico de 100m² 2 habitaciones 2 baños 1 televisión inteligente 43-2 tv led 32- wifi- aire acondicionado y calefacción - nevera y lavavajillas.
Ubicado entre el mercado y las calles comerciales, muy cerca del puerto y las playas de la ciudad ya 500 metros de la estación de tren.
Alojamiento con amplio salón en el que hay un sofá cama doble 1 habitación con cama doble con baño en suite y 1 habitación con 2 camas individuales con baño.
Habitaciones equipadas con TV, wifi, aire acondicionado y calefacción.
Posibilidad de añadir una cama individual en la habitación doble o sala de estar.

Fabrizio is an outstanding host! He picked us at the airport, took us to his VRBO, took us to the cruise port the next morning and gave us a bottle of great wine! He then picked us up at the cruise port and took us to the airport for our flight back to the USA. The apartment was perfect for our needs and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Civitavecchia area. All for a very reasonable price. He was great to talk to: gave us a history of the area and gave us great advice for dinner. Thank you Fabrizio for your wonderful service!

This property was immaculately clean,comfortable and ideally located. The kitchen had all necessary provisions, bathrooms are huge and the main bedroom’s mattress was perfect! (We did not use the secondary bedroom)The area is safe, beautiful, and convenient for anything you may need/close to the port if you are cruising.Fabrizio is, hands down, the VERY best host we have ever had the pleasure of VRBO’ing with (and we’ve stayed at many, many places). He’s friendly, accommodating, communicative, and goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have the most amazing experiences possible. If we could give him 10 stars, we would! You cannot go wrong if you book with Fabrizio!

We stayed there because it was conveniently located to the port, we were taking a cruise the next morning. Fabrizio was wonderful, excellent communication, and suggested a restaurant, Pyper, that was delicious!

Wonderful pee cruise stay. Everything we needed. Fabrizio gave excellent dining recommendations as well as arranged transportation to the ship for us. He answered all pre stay questions priority. And was available during our stay if needed as well. World recommend to all!

The property was in very nice condition and matched the deacription on VRBO. It was convenient to all of the Civavecchia attractions - markets, restaurants, beach, etc. Fabrizio went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and replies to text messages promptly. He also assisted with pickup from the airport to take us to the property and to get us to the transportation terminal for the port. Highly recommend the property and the host!

Our host Fabrizio made us feel right at home. His dinner recommendation at Pypers was excellent and the gelato recommendation also outstanding. The accommodations were clean and cool (AC) and we had an excellent nights sleep. We would love to come back again and spend some time at the VRBO … and of course visit with Fabrizio Perfect spot if you are heading out on a cruise ship or returning from one.

5 star rental with incredibly helpful host!

My stay at this rental in Civitavecchia was absolutely fantastic! The property was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-located (super convenient to the port and other amenities). Fabrizio, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with transportation. His communication was exceptional, often responding within minutes. Highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the area! We will be visiting this property again!

Very Spacious Apartment

The apartment is huge! It was very clean and centrally located. If you have a large group, this is the place for you! Fabrizio was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!

Our family of four (all adults) stayed in early October. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable for the four of us. The location is perfect, an easy walk to anywhere in town. The elevator was an added bonus, no lugging bags up and down stairs. Fabrizio is an amazing host! He was so helpful with anything and everything we needed. We had a fiasco with our luggage, it didn’t make it to Rome with us, and the airlines did nothing to get it to us. He went out of his way to track it down and drove us to pick it up an hour away. He goes above and beyond to help his guests. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. He was the best!

Great overnight stay

Fibrizio was fantastic!! He picked us up at the airport and drove us to the apartment! The apartment was very very nice and clean. It’s on a perfect location so you can walk to restaurants. He took great care of us and even helped us get a ride to the cruise port. He’s a great host and I highly recommend!

Amazing place

Unit is HUGE and centrally located. Within minutes to port, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and cocktails. Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Owner is AMAZING

Amazing Location

Fabrizio went above and beyond to accommodate us and made everything super easy. Place is super clean, looks newly renovated. Quiet, modern and spacious! Trust me when I say, Fabrizio is super nice! You won’t regret staying here. Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Great location for taking a cruise from Civecchia Port, out of Rome.

Comfortable beds and very clean. The owner is very accommodating, and goes out of his way to help you. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything is within walking distance. He was willing to pick us up and take us back to the airport, as well as the cruise ship. Do not….take a taxi from the airport. They will rip you off. We had to take a taxi from the airport and he couldn’t believe what they had charged us. Would definitely stay again.

This property is amazing. It is huge and nicely decorated. Very modern and updated. It is centrally located in the city and is very near port. Fabrizio is an amazing host. Sometimes you just catch lightning in a bottle. We booked this hoping the description was accurate as it looked nice and was within minutes of the port, with shopping options. We stayed here after our cruise and were used to being pampered so high expectations. Then you meet Fabrizio! If he just told us where to get the keys then we would have been satisfied, however he was the topping of the cake! He contacted me weeks before to see if I needed any extra information with transportation and logistics, he told me the process and picked us up at the terminal. We disembarked at 8 am, and the apartment was already ready so we didn’t have to stress about where to rest. He showed us the market which was a 2 minute walk away that sold local products and souvenirs. My Mom has knee problems, but with that location when multiple times! Then we walked to the grocery store since we didn’t want to have to eat out every meal and got grocery items and used the kitchen which saved us a lot! Fabrizio then set us up with a tour of the iconic landmarks, which was breathtaking! On the last night my wife and I wanted a romantic dinner to memorialize the trip and Fabrizio gave us a recommendation of a restaurant 4 minute walk away and when we got there they knew who we were and gave us the VIP treatment! Fabrizio also set up our ride to the airport.I have so much more to say but there is a character limit,trust me book this place because you get so much more and you will be happy to tell others!

This was an excellent choice for us prior to our cruise out of the port of Civitavecchia. Fabrizio was a fabulous host. He picked us up from the Rome airport and dropped us off at the port the following morning. We will stay again when we cruise out of Civitabecchia.
