Family stay in LV

We were a group of 6 adults staying here. We loved the location as it was a short taxi/Uber ride to the strip/ airport & to Fremont. All 3 rooms had comfortable bedding and the kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of space and the pools were a great bonus for us (temp was 90 during our stay). Our host, Nicholas, was great and very accommodating. We had zero issues and would highly recommend his condo for any length of stay!

It's a nice clean property. It feels safe and is quiet. I recommend a person have a car to stay here. It's not the most convenient for walking to and from activities.

The property owner was very helpful in quickly and thoroughly answering all our questions up front, and even accommodating a special request we had for our stay. The property is located just 2 blocks from Rio, Gold Coast and Palms and has easy freeway access. Inside it has new kitchen with new appliances and granite counters and nice eating area. Beds were comfortable and overall it was clean and comfortable. Instructions for check-in and property access were simple. Overall a great stay and will be back again next time I am in Vegas.

Nice place, quick hop to strip.

Enjoyed our short Thanksgiving week trip to Las Vegas. Host was extremely helpful with detailed directions when arriving to the community. Condo was nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and community amenities were nice. Very easy to get around to popular destinations via taxi or rideshare. Only constructive criticisms I have are... 1) Add room darkening curtains to bedrooms 2) Add dish towels/rags for use in kitchen 3) Glass slider door could use some TLC Again a great stay and well worth the price if you're the type of person/family that doesn't need to be "On the Strip"

Las Vegas Review

The property was updated and clean for the most part. We had a little difficulty checking in but that related to a health event outside of Nick's control. Once that was worked out Nick was very responsive. The complex was close to the strip as advertised and had a pool but is an older complex. I thought it was a good value.

Week Long Stay

I traveled to Las Vegas with my elderly parents and adult kids. We stayed there for a week while visiting the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Rock Canyon, and of course, Las Vegas. The location was great as it was close to all the attractions on the Vegas Strip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well-maintained, security was present, and we enjoyed the two pools located right next to the condo. I did have to contact the owner regarding a minor issue with the plumbing. He was quick to respond and fixed the problem in a timely manner. However, I wish the description of the condo included the fact that it is located on the third floor with no access to an elevator, as I was traveling with my elderly parents and the stairs were hard for them to manage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nick was pleasant to deal with and our check in was easy.

Great Location!!

We stayed for 5 nights and paid extra for an early morning check-in. The condo was decent. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The condo was on the 3rd floor and the master bedroom overlooks the pool. We didn't use the pool but it definitely looked inviting. The location is a gated community with a guard at the gate. They actual do check if you're supposed to be there, and there are additional guards patrolling the property. We felt quite safe! The dishwasher and disposal weren't working when we there and the washing machine was leaking. Things happen, and Nicholas was very responsive. He even called me at one time. The kitchen had everything you would need including food and additional accoutrements left in the fridge and pantry by previous guests is my assumption. The condo is about a mile and a half to 2 miles from the Strip. We walked to the Strip one day and it wasn't too bad. You don't really need a rental car if you'll be around the area. Uber is quite convenient. I would stay at this location again due to its convenience.

Easy access to strip.

If you want to go to Vegas but don't want to stay in one of the casinos this location is about as good as it gets. Only problem with the location was a bunch of construction on the street in front of the complex but that should likely be gone soon. 15 min to airport and 15 min to convention center.

Great location within walking distance of the strip. My fiancé, sister, daughter and her boyfriend were in town to see Van Morrison at Ceasers and this three bedroom worked out very nicely for us. No ridiculous resort fees like the hotels in town and secure parking. Nicholas was extremely prompt on getting back to us with any questions. Great host!
