About this property

The countryside at the SEA, 1KM approx from the port of TRINITE and from CARNAC

The house is located in the pretty, preserved hamlet of Kervinio-Kerouss, calm and lively at the same time, straddling the municipalities of Trinité / mer and Carnac. Lots of charm and tranquility.

1400m from the famous beach of MEN DU and therefore a few minutes from all the beaches of Carnac and La Trinité / Mer, accessible on foot or by bike via pretty countryside trails.
The hamlet is at an impasse, spared by passing cars, place for horse riding, walking, or cycling.

The house is very bright and the terrace, facing south / southwest, allows a beautiful unobstructed view of the meadows that border the garden, up to the tumulus of Carnac. We very easily take advantage of the sunny terrace, late in the season and the beautiful sunsets. We often take our meals there.

The house is well maintained and we come there regularly with our children, parents and grandchildren. Each year, we make some improvements to make it more functional.
The multiple activities nearby make it possible to satisfy all ages, from the smallest to the oldest,

It is an ideal place if you are looking for calm while enjoying the proximity of Carnac, Trinité sur Mer and all the beaches.

in sehr ruhiger Anwohnerstraße, direkt am Radweg Carnac- Trinite sur Mer gelegen, sehr schöner Garten hinter dem Haus, Küche bestens ausgestattet, ein wunderbarer Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gab es vier Liegestühle, einen Holzkohlegrill und eine Tisch-/Bankgarnitur. Das Haus liegt etwa abseits, man braucht das Auto zum Einkaufen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss 20 Minuten. Fahrräder wären ideal!

Tolle Unterkunft

Insgesamt rund um positive Erfahrung mit dem Ferienhaus gemacht. Von der reibungslosen Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und ihren Mitarbeitern vor Ort, über das sehr schön eingerichtete Haus mit Garten der zum Grillen einlädt bis zu der tollen Lage war alles wunderbar und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille dans cette maison très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Les alentours sont calmes et nous avons au final pu faire tout nos déplacements en vélo car tout facilement accessible.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und in Nähe zu Stränden und Megalithen.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch in einem ruhigen Teil von Trinité-sur-Mer. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll, mit Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen Geräten ausgerüstet, die alle einwandfrei funktioniert haben. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Megalithfelder, die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Verschiedenen Strände liegen 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Auf der nahe gelegenen Halbinsel Quiberon konnten wir super Bodyboarden. Die wunderschönen Städte Auray und Vannes sind in 15 bzw. 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und sind mit ihren alten Fachwerkhäusern perfekt zum Bummeln. Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen worden. Wir haben unsere Ferien hier sehr genossen und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Stilvolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im Juni 2017 zwei Wochen in der Trinite verbracht. Das war nicht unser erster Urlaub in der Bretagne, aber noch nie haben wir ein solch schönes Haus gemietet. Die hellen Räumlichkeiten sind stilvoll eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer ist in einer anderen Farbe gehalten und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch die Einrichtung mit alten Holzmöbeln und vielen Bildern wirkte sehr autentisch und persönlich. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Garten ist gepflegt, wir hatten oft die Gelegenheit auf der Terasse zu essen, allerdings liegt diese morgens im Schatten. Der Weg zum Parkplatz am Ende des Grundstücks erwies sich für unser großes Auto als zu eng, dafür gab es auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite eine prima Parkmöglichkeit. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr sympathisch und Anfragen per e-mail wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch, wir kommen gerne wieder.
