This fantastic newly designed apartment is located in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square.

The apartment has the ideal distribution to enjoy a wonderful stay: tree bedrooms, two of them with twin beds 0.90 * 1.90 m each, and the other one with double bed of 1.50 * 1.90, three complete bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite in one of the rooms with twin beds and in the one with a double bed, a very bright living room with views of the gardens and the Plaza de Santa Cruz from a cozy furnished balcony, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

In the restoration of the house, all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space and environment has been created where the guest can enjoy absolute tranquility with all the current comfort and convenience.

The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where you can taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda ..., everything is within walking distance.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. This 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment is perfect for a visit to the city. Fantastic location with central Seville on your doorstep. Quiet and convenient location, clean, well appointed unit

This apartment was everything I was hoping it to be. Located in Santa Cruz plaza, it’s far enough away to be quiet, especially at night, yet still so close to all you could want and need. The three bathrooms were perfect for my family and afforded everyone the privacy they need. The apartment was also light and airy. We really enjoyed our time there.

The Apartment was large and very nice. And the location was unbeatable. Only complaint was that the hot water in the unit was limited. We ran out of hot water after the second person showered. We were a party of six. The manager did respond quickly and sent a maintenance guy over who adjusted the heater. It was better afterwards

Fantastic location

We have just returned from a week long stay, the flat’s location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, Alcazar and everything Seville has to offer. The flat itself was ideal and offered plenty of space for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and all 3 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. We would not hesitate to re-book in the future. Fir your information - if you check-in after 10pm there is a 30Euro charge which increases to 50Euro after midnight.

Incredible location! Central to everything!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect--right in the heart of Sevilla close to so many bars, tapas restaurants, and shops, as well as the Alcaraz and a 15 minute walk to Plaza de Espana! The apartment was great but it can definitely use some new paint as it's clear that there have been many renters in the space. Walls are scuffed and lots of chips and knicks, but the layout was perfect and a large enough space for our family. Samuel was also very communicative and helped whenever we needed anything like with a broken toilet. Overall, I highly recommend!

FABULOUS Centrally located property! Highly recommend!

This property was a 10/10 for us! Exactly as pictured (beautiful) and plenty of space for the four of us (parents plus 2 adult children 21 and 24). The 3 bedrooms/ 3 bath layout was wonderful so everyone could have their personal space. 5 minutes walking to Cathedral/ Alcazar and steps away from great shops/ restaurants. VERY QUIET street located right by park. Slept like a baby at night! Our family commented how happy we were to have a chosen a quiet location but in the heart of everything. I would HIGHLY recommend! If we return to Spain I would absolutely love to stay here again! Note: Hosts were VERY responsive and great communication all the way through from before booking through our entire trip!

Excellent Location, Needs a Few Amenities

Perfect location in Sevilla,short walking distance to restaurants, local cafes and shops, a few minutes walk to prime historic sites. We were 5 seniors. The unit had 5 bath towels and 5 hand towels. The washing machine. with no dryer was useless; clothes would not dry in the house on a rack. The furniture was nice and modern, all IKEA, but for 5 people, the sofa was small and the dining chairs were uncomfortable. Could have used some more comfortable chairs or a larger couch. The elevator to the second floor was handy for luggage.

A great place to call home to visit Sevilla.

What a great location! We wanted to visit the oldest parts of the city and this home is at the right place. It is at the edge, I think, as no car is able to get in from here. It is in a cul-de-sac. Below the balcony, there is a small plaza with blossoming orange trees. The fragrance is captivating, unmistakably Sevilla - bitter orange aroma. Because it is on the edge, foot traffic around the home is less. Right by the house, however, we have a very nice restaurant that opens from breakfast 'til dinner. One day, after visiting the Alcázar, we could not find a restaurant to seat 10 of us along Calle Mateos Gago but was able to find tranquil space at this restaurant next door. You can walk to all major sites under 30 minutes, including the Plaza de España. The home itself is modernly decorated. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A comfortable home for 5 of us. The kitchen is equipped with necessary items though we only boiled water, use the fridge from wine and Jamon, and the washer. I can image that this can easily be a home away from home for a month or more. We would definitely recommend this home and would come back to stay again.
