This comfy, cozy home is located in Connestee Falls private community and 15 minutes to downtown Brevard. It is also an hour from the south-west of downtown Asheville, and an hour to Asheville Regional Airport. 45-minute drive to Greenville, South Carolina.

This single-level home is located in the gated community of Connestee Falls, right in the center of it all, steps away from the clubhouse, tennis courts and golf course. You can cook dinner, watch TV, and enjoy your family with the open floor plan.

Step outside onto the screen porch to enjoy cool summer evenings. From the screen porch, you can walk out onto an open deck and the peace and quiet in the Connestee Falls community.

Because this home is in Connestee Falls, you will enjoy excellent amenities, including 13+ miles of private hiking trails and a George Cobb Designed Golf Course. The community is also gated and staffed at the gates 24/7 and includes a roving security patrol that covers the entire 3,900 acres.

A Keeper

Lovely, comfortable, clean house in the heart of Connestee Falls. The house was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities were provided. We did not want for anything during our stay.

Definitely off the beaten path!

The house is clean and secluded, I didn't realize it was a gated community when I booked it and that had a little learning curve. They should explain how that works a little more in depth especially to people arriving after the guard at the south gate leaves for the day. We were there to visit family and see the eclipse so I didn't use any of the amenities.
