This immaculate barn conversion with outstanding rural views is located on the edge of St Austell and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Woodside Barns is an immaculate barn conversion situated the rural edge of the old market town of St Austell in Cornwall. Sleeping six in three bedrooms; two double (one en-suite), and a twin. Inside is a bright sitting room/diner with a gas fire and a well equipped kitchen. To the outside is a patio with furniture, and off road parking for two cars. With outstanding views and much to do nearby, Woodside Barns is a delightful retreat in this popular part of Cornwall.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in outbuilding. Off road parking for two cars. Private patio with furniture, shared lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop 20 mins walk.
