Everything about this condo is about location, location, location !!! Gulf Place Caribbean is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach along scenic highway 30-A. The complex offers three pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts. Gulf Place Town Center just a few steps away offers artist shops, unique shopping, wonderful restaurants including the Perfect Pig and Pizza by the Sea. You can also rent everything you need from the town center or beachfront including beach equipment, bike rentals, YOLO boards, and kayaks. The huge green space is perfect for the kids to run off that extra energy , throw a ball or grab a blanket and end the day by relaxing and listening to live music offered in the evenings during the summer . This is truly a place where you can park your car and never have to drive for the week. However, I do recommend exploring the idyllic beach towns of 30-A . The towns of Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beaches are not too far away. Each town offers its own unique characteristic adding its own charm to the beautiful emerald coast.

The condo is conveniently located on the first floor where you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up steps or elevators. After a long day of traveling , you can drop off your bags and let your kids jump into the pool that is right out your patio door through a private gate. The quick beach access is a mere five minute walk across highway 30-A. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, hall way bunks, and a pull out sofa. The condo is perfect for couples in need of some vitamin 'sea' or a young family wanting to make wonderful memories.

No need to pack your whole kitchen, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of your essentials to make the perfect meal for the family. Publix grocery store is only 3 miles east on Hwy 98 and Wal-Mart 3 miles to the west. Get what you need on the way in or a quick restock mid-trip. The kitchen also includes a Keurig. The breakfast bar area has two counter height stools and the dining table that accommodates four people comfortably.

Check-in is 24/7 after you receive your door code. Arrive early and head straight to the beach or pool. Arrive late evening and check out the walkable city center restaurants. No need to time your arrival for office hours or meet a property manager. You are on your own schedule.

Walking to the beach is easy. Right outside your patio door and across 30A. Look for the 'Gulf Place - Private Beach Access' pergola arbor beach access path. (simple to see on google street view) Use our partner beach chair setup for a discount to have chairs/umbrella setup.

Clean, inviting, steps from the pool, 2min from the beach, amazing communication!

From the beginning, I had a good feeling about this place and was right! Brian was great at communication, especially when Hurricane Nate threatened to ruin our week. He did everything he could to help us check in early to ride out the storm and allowed us to book an extra night two days before we were supposed to leave. The condo was clean with no problems. Our bed was comfortable and our 3 year old loved the "big girl" bunk beds. The air conditioner was fantastic and there was a fan in our room, which was perfect for a good nights sleep. Being pregnant, that was super important to me! The pool is right outside the back doors of the condo. It was great for our little one. Shops, including coffee, wine, beer, ice cream, pizza, brunch, bikes, paddle boards, and clothing are all within minutes walking. We stopped by the coffee shop every morning, and enjoyed a yummy brunch at the Perfect Pig one morning. Publix is about a 3 min drive away and Walmart is about 5 or so min away, so everything we needed was right there. We went to Stinky's for dinner one night (1 mile away) and loved it, Red Bar is 10 min drive and it is awesome, Goatfeathers is about a mile away and it was just ok(their tuna dip to go from market was the best thing). There are lots of other dinner/lunch options that we didn't have the chance to explore. Everyone staying around us was very courteous and it was quiet at night. Overall we had a fantastic trip and hope to be back sooner than later!!!! Thanks Brian!

Great Place to Stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Beach, shops and restaurants were all near by - most within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were so close and were kept clean each day. Will definitely come back. Owner was very responsive. Great communicator!

Another great year at GulfPlace!

We have stayed in several different condos at Gulf Place however this one so far was our favorite! We loved that it was so close to the pool and had a direct view of our older kids swimming. I loved that it had a Keurig even though I brought my own to use. In the past none of the other condos had one so I came prepared this year. I loved that the owners were in contact with us and were available for anything we needed. We loved our visit and will be back very soon!

Perfect mix of vacation beach spot and urban living. Gulf Place is walkable to everything you might need - Beach, Food, Drinks, and Shopping. Short drive down 30A HWY to the other beach communicates is highly recommended. Or better yet, rent a bicycle and make an afternoon. Seaside is a great afternoon to explore a beachside urban area with your family.

Publix grocery is only 3 miles away on HWY 98. Once your refrigerator is stocked - no need to drive anywhere the remainder of your stay. Local restaurants offer everything from Pizza to upscale dining. Quick bites after a walk on the beach are available from the coffee and ice cream shops.

Don't worry about packing extra beach gear - everything needed is available from rental from either the Gulf Place shops or right on the beach.

Looking for a little exercise during vacation. Rent a bicycle and ride 30A all the way to Inlet Beach. Run the trails of Grayton Beach State Park. Rent a YOLO board and paddle along the beach to coastal lakes like Draper, Redfish, or Choctawhatchee Bay.

Wanting to go to the 'big city' for a few hours? Destin and Panama are less than an hour away. Explore the larger 'tourist' areas and come back to your 'home base' and relax in your happy place.
