OLD TOWN Apartment With Interior Terrace - Barreirinha

Beautiful apartment, recently renovated, in the small square of Barreirinha, which directly leads to the Barreirinha Beach Complex with sea-bathing and sun terraces. It has a lovely interior terrace. Until recently only the locals knew of this locality. 5 minutes walking from beautiful "Mercado dos Lavradores". There is a bar next door will music on weekends until midnight.
In this apartment all the appliances and equipment are hidden: refrigerator, clothes washer, dishwasher, etc.
This apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace on the back private to the apartment.
The terrace where the dining table is has a kind of protection as in the photos but it is not a roof. It rarely rains here..

Perfect Apartment

This apartment was in an ideal location, convenient for accessing all of Funchal. Everything we needed for our stay was provided plus more. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, we could walk to anywhere from the location. We watched the sunset from the bar patio located next door many of the nights. The water is across the street but there isn’t a view from the apartment but there is from the bar. It’s a comfortable spot and the back patio is nice.

Location, location, location. Simply put, very close to one of the best bars and restaurant, beaches and local cuisine in Old Town! Marina a few steps away. One thing for sure, we will come back to Madeira some day, and without hesitation stay at this same listing! Thank you for everything!

Very well located but one has to be tolerant of music with bands playing and also dogs barking at mid nite and day time same dogs alll the time. Setting convenient for pub food with lovely well trained staff and more dinner type offerings across the street.”

lovely apartment

The apartment was close to many restaurants and bars and was perfect for what we needed. We were hoping for sun on the internal terrace but sadly not at the time of the year; however it was a nice area to sit out in. The furnishings were very good and the bed was extremely comfy! The owners daughter met us on arrival and showed us where everything was- she was very helpful. We would happily stay again on another visit.

Alles bestens

Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Nur ein kurzer Fußweg und schon ist man mittendrin. Unser Auto haben wir für 10 Euro pro Nacht in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke abgestellt. In der Nähe sind viele schöne Restaurants, zum Supermarkt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.

Schöne Tage in Funchal

Ideale Lage, wenn man im Zentrum sein will. Parkmöglichkeiten allerdings sehr eingeschränkt.

This property was recently renovated, it is nicely decorated and it has a very pleasant interior terrace where you can sunbath, read a book or just relax. It is across the road from the beach "Complexo Balnear da Barreirinha" where you can dive into the sea. It is 5min walking from main attractions in Funchal center, including "Zona Velha", "Mercado dos Lavradores" and "Avenida do Mar". This apartment is all about location.
