Oceanview Designer Beach House 2 Free Movie Passes license #0366

Relax on the balcony and enjoy one of the most beautiful view's on earth. It is such a beautiful spot that many weddings take place right across the street at Berwick Park. Enjoy taking a walk along the path along side the ocean. Monterey Aquarium and the Outlets are a five to ten-minute walk. (Holidays are 3 night minimum) I have a "Beach Gear" section in the gurst room closest. I have beach towels, boogie board, bucket & shovel, beach umbrella, beach bags, beach blankets. Enjoy the beach!

The Beach House is decorated by an Interior Designer and has a feeling of relaxation and comfort. It has a Nautical and Beach theme. It has wonderful thick Egyptian towels and high count sheets and linens. The electric towel warmer is great especially in the Winter months. The fireplace facing the oceanview is a perfect place to enjoy a book. It is a true place of relaxation.

It has a full kitchen with all of the latest equipment. If you cook, you can enjoy the best views in Monterey or if you go out, there are wonderful restaurants walking distance to Cannery Row.

Location was fantastic. Plenty of street parking was available (mid April). The Aquarium passes were wonderful and saved us a fortune and we got to skip the line! The park across the street gave us constant entertainment. There were several tv clickers but only one clicker worked for the 2 tvs... so that was a bit confusing but we figured it out! Great little place!

The location and view are fabulous. The condo shows signs of wear, but nothing that matters. This is my second stay here and I will stay again. Note, opening the lockbox is not obvious. Enter the code then pull the door (black flap) out to open.

The property is quite old. The kitchen sink faucet can really use a replacement. The clothes dryer doesn’t work well at all. Dining room seats are a little stained and don’t feel very clean. I honestly don’t think that the cleaning lady changed the sheets on the beds before our arrival…just didn’t smell very clean. The condo definitely has potential to be a very nice VRBO, but needs some love. Views were wonderful and proximity to the wharf are very good.

My mom recently passed away so I’m just getting the hang of things here and everything‘s up-to-date and working wonderful thank you very much for your review. The view, location, parking and kitchen are great. The property and furnishings are nice in general. However, there were some issues. The BBQ does not work. The dryer does not work properly. Also, the windows in the bedrooms cannot be opened so the air in those rooms does not circulate. It would be an excellent improvement if the BBQ and dryer are replaced, and the windows in the bedrooms can be opened.

Yes where working on it my mother just passed away so we just got able to get the licenses and the bbq works just fine next time below you will see a propane tank you need to turn the tank on in order for the bbq to work the windows work fine all you do is push to open them very simple also I answer my phone all the time for guest so if you had a question you could of called the dryer works fine and we have 2!! Dryers so next time you should call the owner instead of putting a review about things that don’t work when they do …

The location was wonderful across from the bay. We were surprised to find the large microwave was broken, the small countertop microwave was adequate but complicated lock system was challenging, the toaster was also not working. Taking into account we dealt with the son of the owner as his mother had unexpectedly passed away in January, thus he was unable to adequately address our issues. Nonetheless our stay was comfortable and parking was easy.

Location was ideal, although on a busy road during the day, it is quiet at night. And right across street from the walking trail and gorgeous views. Unit does need some updating and a few things to make it more cozy. The shower tiles are stained with mold, too much furniture makes it hard to move around apartment. Adding throw blankets to Sit on sofa or on deck so you dont get cold, a hairdryer in the bathroom, blackout curtains - porch lights stay on all night and the sheer curtains make it hard for those that need darkness to sleep.
