Dommage

Il y a soit disant 3 chambres dans ce logement. Une chambre est aveugle. Pas de fenêtre et c’est celle qui est située en sous sol, donc très humide. Ce n’est pas ce à quoi on s’attendait pour le prix… Problème d’humidité et de froid dans l’appartement.Problème de bruit très désagréable lors des passages des véhicules dans la rue. En effet, une plaque d’égoût se soulevait à chaque fois et faisait un bruit énorme et nous a empêché de dormir paisiblement

Schöner Aufenthalt

Lage war gut, Wohnung war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, könnte ein wenig sauberer sein (Silberfische Küche, dreckiger Esstisch und Stühle,...) Zimmer zur Straße unglaublich laut, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schlecht, hat auf Fragen erst 4 Tage vor Aufenthalt geantwortet. Für Kzrztrip ok.

Good location but lacking in details

This place was nice but we had issues with the cleanliness of the accommodation (cigarette smells, stains in the shower and on sheets, markings on walls, etc.) as well as the check-in process. They require you to pick up the keys at the home office which is 20 min by car from the accommodation, and good luck during rush hour as it only opens at 4 pm. It is very inconvenient for travellers who may be travelling all day to go out of their way to pick up keys and check in when an easier alternative is possible. I hope the hosts make changes to ease the experience for guests.

Great portugual stay

I loved the flat and the location. Everything is very close by and easily walkable. The flat itself is amazing, the beds are good. I thought there were two rooms but turns out there were 3. I slept on the garden side on recommendation from one of the other reviewers, the street room did sound a bit noisy. The kitchen is nice, I could make my coffee and enjoy local produce. It was a bit weird that there were no drying towels or anything to clean. Bathroom was fine, would have been better if there were 2 (if I would come with 3 guests). The shower was a bit weird because it could only go from very hot to boiling which was a bit annoying. Overall the stay was amazing and the improvements are so minor that they will probably be fixed before however is staying there next.

Perfect! Op 1 dingetje na..

Je moet inchecken op een ander adres dan waar het apartement zich bevind. Dit is ook niet op loop afstand te doen, beetje vervelend. Daarnaast zouden wij om 16:00 uur het appartement kunnen. Maar helaas waren de schoonmakers net begonnen met schoonmaken. Om 18:00 uur mochten we pas het appartement in. Klinkt allemaal negatief. Maar verder was alles gewoon goed.

Nice property but inaccurate advertisement

This property has a great location in Lisbon and the beds and space are very comfortable and clean. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication - no response to questions- with the owner as this property is held by a management company and they only started communication a few days before our rental. There was also an issue with the price listed and the price we were asked to pay. The space was listed in Canadian dollars but when I was asked to pay it was the same number but in euros making the apartment much more expensive. VRBO has been contacted about this but I have not had a resolution from them or the management company. My advice is to double and triple check the ad and what this space offers.

Lisbon in October 22

This property is spacious and well presented but had too many unnecessary extras (an electric juicer ?) but too few basics (no saucepans and one wine glass between four !) The provision of consumables - dishwasher tablet/washing up materials- would be good. Warm and well lit, and with excellent outside space it suits grown ups (we feel the open stairs are no go for smaller children) It is better than the photographs. Downsides are the third bedroom is internal and a broken manhole outside is beyond noisy as cars drive by. It has clearly been broken for months. A tad too far from Lisbon centre. Overall a qualified success.

Excellent Except for one thing

Very luxurious, clean, extreme good beds, ok location, Nice terrace, friendly contact with Luis, the only thing is: 3 bedrooms there, 2 good, one bad because Directly located at the road with Noisy traffic. We were with two, so no prob, but when one of the visitors has to sleep in the noisy room, it’s really a bummer. Better tell this before booking, So they van but earplugs de luxe or So.. . Overall for the two of us a very pleasant stay.
