Excellent location and a very responsive, accommodating host. The apartment is spacious and worked well for a large group traveling together. A few things to note: some rooms do not have AC and can get warm, and the unit is on the third floor with no elevator and steep stairs, so it may not be ideal for anyone with accessibility concerns. Overall, I would recommend it for larger groups.

This apartment is perfect for any family that wants/needs some extra space — it's huge. Tons of space, a big kitchen, a dining room, a massive living room, etc. But the best part is the location in São Bento. So many online reviews said Baixa and Chiado were the places to be, but we were interested in seeing more than just the tourist areas. São Bento was perfect. There's plenty to do and see in this cool neighborhood, and it's a very short walk to the busier areas. The owners/hosts were also fantastic. Super easy to communicate with and very nice people. If you're a large family heading to Lisbon to explore, this is the perfect spot.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bom dia Lisboa! The apartment is huge, updated, and the location was amazing. It was perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids). Luis was amazing to deal with, very responsive & friendly (we also met some of the neighbours, who were equally as lovely). If we find ourselves back in Lisbon, we would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

We were a group of 9 visiting from the States and staying for a week. The apartment was great! We loved the location and found several fantastic restaurants nearby. The apartment is far enough away from the congestion of the city center but an easy 15 minute walk. Loved our stay, and coordinating with Luis was easy and a joy. Two thumbs up for staying here!

Great Location / Great for Families

The apartment is in a great location. East to walk to Time Out Market, the Metro and so many sites. Able to hop on the tram right outside. Having a market so close was a definite plus when traveling with hungry teenagers. Luis was an accommodating and wonderful host!!!

Great apartment in a great location! We could walk to shopping, restaurants the river front and Commerce Square. It was great for our family of 5… updated kitchen and baths ( it is a third floor walk up which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some) Luis is a fantastic host!

The location is great with Tram 28 and a grocery store both just steps away. The photos are accurate. It is quite spartan without all of the amenities you may be used to. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 8.

Amazing location, great space!

Luis’s apartment was the perfect home base for our 2 families visiting Lisbon for the first time. We were 4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-14 and there was lots of space for all of us right in the heart of the city. Walkable to amazing restaurants and sights, and Luis sent us info on the public parking garage where we were able to safely park our rental cars. Also there is a fantastically convenient market just downstairs. Luis and the housekeeper Silvana were very responsive & helpful throughout our stay!

Wonderful Time in Lisbon!

Modern and Spacious apartment

We stayed 3 nights with a party of 10. Check in was easy, the management company was very responsive, and we had no problems. The apartment is a short walk to bolhao market, which is a great place to pick up food and fruit there is a nice cafe on the first floor, and several coffee shops on the block. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the riverfront. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, in fact rooms felt larger than they appeared in the photos. We had everything we needed for a group of 8, and place was super clean. Lisbon is a walkable city and we were able to walk to everything within 25 minutes or less. There is a market below the apartment in case you need anything. Communication with Luis was easy. If you are looking for a place that accommodates a larger number of people, I wouldn't hesitate to book this one.

Great location to restaurants

Luis was a great host. Check in was easy. We had some question as we first got into the house and Luis was very responsive and helpful. It did take us a bit to figure out there are light switches in the stairways when you enter the building. House was as advertised. Location was great. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance. It was also easy to either walk to other parts of Lisbon or quickly grab an uber due to rain. Would definitely stay here again.
