This serene retreat features a gorgeous gas fireplace with a reading nook and comfortable chairs, a private balcony, and a stunning real waterfall wall feature that brings the calming sounds of nature indoors. The spa-like ensuite bathroom offers heated floors and a luxurious soaking tub.

Downstairs, the lower level offers a blend of cozy sleeping quarters and entertainment. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A second queen bedroom with a bathroom just outside the door and the third bedroom is complete with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private half bathroom. The lower-level bar and rec room is the ultimate hangout space! Featuring a fully functional wet bar, pool table, air hockey, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or catching the big game.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
