The concerns you described regarding the bathroom and television are certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Please note that the response you mentioned your received is not our usual standard as we would have been happy to arrange for housekeeping to inspect and clean the affected areas and have a technician visit the property to troubleshoot the television and cable/YouTube TV issues. Each home is stocked with a full sheet set and comforter for every bed, along with towel quantities based on the home’s occupancy. However, we sincerely apologize if there was a shortage during your visit. If additional linens or towels are ever needed during a stay, our team is always happy to promptly deliver extras whenever available. We also apologize for the insect issue you encountered. While the home is on a regular pest control schedule, we understand how unpleasant that experience can be, and we have arranged for additional treatment and inspection following your report. Regarding the pool heat, we do our best to coordinate requests in advance since pool heaters can take close to a full day to reach temperature depending on weather conditions. We regret the timing did not work out during your stay and apologize for any frustration caused by the delay in communication. For clarification, pool heating is available seasonally and is not recommended during warmer weather, as consistently high outdoor temperatures can affect water balance and increase the risk of algae growth. When this occurs, the pool would require additional maintenance and chemical balancing that cannot be supported on a daily basis during peak warm conditions.
