The apartment has one double, master bedroom, also one single bedroom with plenty of privacy and storage space and a sofa bed in the living room for up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have name brand linens, soft lighting and contemporary artwork. The windows are really big and provide you with an enormous amount of light to start your day off right. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has one full bathroom and itâs far from ordinary. The beautifully tiled bathroom has all the features for ultimate refreshment and relaxation. The modern vanity sits under a wall-mounted mirror and is complete with a single sink. This bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy day or unwind from one.

The apartment's kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to make some home-cooked meals during your stay. No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is âŹ20, and after 24/12am the fee is âŹ50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
