Luxurious apartment in L´Antiga Esquerra de l ´Eixample - close to everything

📆- Minimum renting period is 31 nights and maximum period is 3 months. The daily price is set for monthly rentals.

- Since the apartment is only available for monthly rentals by law, I can unfortunately not approve rentals that leave longer gaps, that will not be rentable.

- Direct from owner, no extra commission fee.

The rent has just been lowered with 20% during may until july.

This is a beautiful apartment typical for the old Eixample area with spacious rooms, 320 cm in ceiling height, high doorways and old details preserved. It has a large bright living room with two exits to the longitudinal balcony facing the street. It is situated in a charming stone house from 1901, with a marble entrance and elevator. The apartment also has waterborne central heating and is renovated with new furniture, appliances and linings.

It has been renovated during 2020 and equipped with new furniture, appliances, linen, etc. The apartment has beds for 4 people in 2 rooms with possibility for a 5th person (foldable bed), in a separate room at the back of the apartment.

A perfect choice for a long vacation or temporary work with demands of a high standard and close to everything.

You will find that it is very easy to get around since the apartment is located at the lowest part of the area, with walking distance to most tourist sights. A few minutes walk will get you to Plaza Universitat, Sant Antoni. or El Raval. It´s about a 10 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya / Las Ramblas and approx.15 minutes to places like Plaza Espana, Barri Gotico or El Born. Walking to the beach takes about 30 minutes. The nearest subway, Urgell, is one block away. There are also plenty of buses right outside the apartment and only a 10-15 min walk to the train station at Passeige de Gracia.

The apartment has mostly indirect sun and is well ventilated from two sides, which normally makes it cool enough during the summer. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as extra floor fans, if needed. In case of heat waves, there is also a portable AC-unit, (stand alone).

The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and are very quiet. Please note that you have to pass the bigger bedroom to get to the other.
