You will appreciate the modernity of this bright apartment, decorated with taste, and its very large terrace of 40m2.
A setting of stay in Arras with family or for work will be fully satisfied by the proximity of the TGV station just 10 minutes walk.

- An equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4 people
- A living room / stay and opened kitchen of 30 m ²
- A quiet room, with closet and electric shutters (velux), possibility cot in the room
- A bathroom with bath and shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, iron, soaps ...
- A separate toilet
- Free and free parking spaces right in front of the building (very easy parking)

- Internet connection (Wi-Fi)
- 1 Television
- Double bed (140x190cm)
- 2 person sofa-bed
- Induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave / grill, dishes, kettle, everything you need to prepare your meals

Lovely bright, clean and quiet apartment.
Freshly decorated and with everything we needed for our stay.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio area.
