Great beach house. This is my sixth time to stay at this beach house. I love the view, beach access, cleanliness, privacy and host. I tend to be very critical but have found this location and host to be the best in PCB. I wish I could find this same attention to detail in every travel location I visit. I travel for a living and live out of my suitcase but find this house my sweet spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. I really appreciate the fact I can bring my Russian Terriers with me as well. 150 pounds of pure love and there are two of them. Thank you for being my home-away-from-home escape. I plan to return for the holidays.

Such a great vacation! Love that this property is pet friendly and has three levels of living space. Perfect for bigger families or families with older children. The host is excellent and always communicates efficiently with any questions you might have.

The townhouse is located on a busy, VERY noisy street. There is no longer a true view of the ocean, just a tiny bit above buildings. I imagine it was nice in its prime but it is definitely warn. It's a quarter mile walk to the beach, doable but the listing say 100 yards. Perhaps that means 100 yards from the 65 entrance to the beach but definitely not from the property. The second floor bedroom needs black out curtains. There are flood lights next door that light up the room at night. Beds are comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers. Ice maker is great, makes lots of ice fast. There is a nice grassy area for the dogs. I liked having covered parking.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am disappointed in your review but everyone has an opinion regardless of its accuracy or lack there of. I originally made my decision to rent my beach house for people who wanted to bring their treasured pets like me. I wanted a safe place with a beach view and Gulf access. I wanted the house to be centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. I wanted it to be affordable but luxurious. I wanted it to be extremely clean and comfortable. Out of the over 250 reviews I have received since offering my residence to my friends, family and guests, most of them have been spot on and have accurately reported their experiences and my property. Then there are the exception, like yours. Again, I am so glad you were able to bring all your fur babies and I wish you all the best in your future travels. Jo

Clean. Linens and towel is excellent shape. Kitchen well stocked for pans, bowls, glasses, and utensils. Excellent location near stores and restaurants. Host answers back quickly everytime and is very helpful. Pool is kept clean and good size. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Panama City Beach.

Loved the vacation. I would have only changed one thing, ….to stay longer. Very spacious house. Wonderful nautical decor. Privacy on each floor for every one as needed. Everyone had a great time and the beach access was amazing. The pool was directly across from the house so we stayed in the pool most of the mornings and afternoon when not on the beach. I used the balconies to keep an eye on the pool when the kids were there. Everyone had fun and really liked the location. Close to everything such as Dolly’s Pirate Theater, Pier Park and Magaritaville. We plan to return next year.

3rd Vacation @ Anchors Away. Spring Break 2026. Love the house, location and amenities. Great pool. Clean house. Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage theatre just minutes away. House is close to everything fun, most importantly, a great beach. People watch, and oversee the pool activities from your balconies. We will return again in spring break for sure.
