An old, characterful, stone house at the foot of Izery Mountains, set in a secluded and charming countryside location. This is a perfect place for all those who love to enjoy the beautiful views and relax in peace and quiet surrounded by unspoiled nature, away from the hustle and bustle of civilisation. 500sq metres over 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and generous living space including a kitchen, dining room a living room, and 120m2 multifunctional attic room ( living /play/ workshop room), all decorated in a cozy, rustic and ethic style. 3000m2 garden. The house is located just 10km away from Świeradów-Zdrój which is a great location for skiing. The skiing slope measures 2.5 km in length and has a several trails of varying degrees of difficulty.
In summer time the local attractions include stunning panoramic views, hiking and biking trails, castles and lakes with beaches and swimming facilities.

Great stay for a long weekend family getaway

If you like privacy and being in nature, then this is the place to be. Everything about the property surpassed our expectations. The communication with Katarzyna was also great.

It was plenty of space to do whatever you want. Nice decoration, full equipped kitchen, large play room for kids, nice garden with fire place, grill place.The host is a nice freindly person and replies fast to any issue.We will definitely recommend this house and we will plan to visit it again in summer.

This was our second stay at this charming old house in the heart of nature, and it just keeps getting better. The indoor space is warm and welcoming, and the outdoor surroundings are incredibly peaceful. Since our last visit, Kate has added a lovely pool and a small beach area in the backyard—such a great upgrade that made our stay even more enjoyable (not only for kids!). Kate is a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and always helpful. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful Country House

We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!

Einfach wundervoll!

Wir haben ein Wochenende als gesamte Familie in Kates Haus verbracht und waren alle total begeistert mit wieviel Liebe dieses Haus eingerichtet ist und von Kate betreut wird. Wir haben uns alle von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wollen unbedingt nochmal ein paar Tage dort verbringen. Sie hat an alles gedacht. Die Kinder haben ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit Spielsachen zur Verfügung, eigentlich muss man selber garnichts mitbringen. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und für den Sommer steht sogar ein Pool parat und einen Basketballplatz gibt es auch. Eigentlich will man das Haus garnicht mehr verlassen :-D Liebe Kate, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei dir ☺️

Ein Haus zum Verlieben

Das Wetter war zwar ungemütlich, doch das Haus hat eine Wärme und Liebe ausgestrahlt, so dass wir unseren Urlaub genießen konnten. Es hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Nur das Wetter spielte nicht mit.

Es waren wunderschöne Weihnachtstage in einer super Unterkunft mit der Familie. Vielen Dank an Kate für den geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum. Das ganze Haus strahlt eine urgemütliche Atmospäre aus, toll der Ofen im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Ein wunderbarer Platz zur Erholung und Entspannung

Für uns 5 Familien war es ein wunderschöner Platz um die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit zu genießen. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß und konnten sich austoben. In der näheren Umgebung kann man sehr viel machen. Wer ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilft in allen Lagen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Einsames Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Paaren und insg. 5 Kindern ein wirklich schönes langes Wochenende in der Nähe von Mirsk verbracht. Das Haus liegt abgelegen mit wundervollem Garten, der zum Lagerfeuer, Fußball spielen und Toben für die Kinder einlädt. Es verfügt über 4 Doppelzimmer (eins mit integriertem Schlafboden mit weiteren 2 Schlafplätzen und integriertem Bad) sowie 2 Zimmern mit 2 bzw. 3 Einzelbetten. Insgesamt stehen 4 Bäder zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet. Die Küche bietet zahlreiche Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Geräten. Im Esszimmer war genügend Platz für 13 Personen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter finden Kinder im Wohn-, Spielzimmer im Dachgeschoss genug Beschäftigung. Kate war uns bei Restaurantreservierungen und allen Fragen überaus behilflich. Vielen Dank! Wir haben den Urlaub, das wunderschöne Haus mit dem großzügig und liebevoll angelegtem Garten sehr genossen.

Gemütliche Zeit in einem traumhaften Haus!

Wir haben unser Familien-treffen in diesem urigen Ferienhaus in einem abseits gelegenen Dorf verbracht. Wie die Fotos schon versprechen, konnten wir über die liebevoll renovierten und dekorierten Zimmer und Bäder staunen. Sehr viel liebe fürs Detail sieht man an allen Ecken und Enden. Es war sauber, ordentlich,gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet in jeder Hinsicht. Ein großer Freizeittraum mit Spieleparadies für die kleinen...mit Büchern, Spielsachen, verschiedenen Gefährten, eine Kinderküche, Platz zum toben und Tischkickern! Die Küche hatte viele Utensilien, sogar einige Zutaten waren da, genug Platz und mehr als ausstreichend Geschirr sowie Geschirrspüler+Industriegeschirrspühler. Ein großer Esstisch und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Nur ein Klavier hat uns zur Vollkommenheit gefehlt:-)Die Schlafzimmer so liebevoll und individuell, teils mit eigenem Bad und Küche!Der Außenbereich ist auch mega...ein riesiger Garten mit Sandkasten, Platz zum toben uns sitzen, sogar ein Pool für den Sommer und herrliche RUHE. Als kleine Verbesserung würde ich vorschlagen die gesamte Ausstattung zu Fotografieren, denn z.Bsp die tolle Kinderecke und der Garten mit Pool und Sandkasten waren für uns dann eine freudige Überraschung aber es wäre cool gewesen es vorher zu wissen. Genauso würde es zu Ihrem Vorteil sein, wenn man einen Grundriss des Hauses einsehen könnte aus dem die Zimmeraufteilung ersichtlich ist. Die war nämlich Grandios! Viele Dank Kate und dicke Empfehlung an alle!!!

When I first saw this over 200 years old and full of character stone house, I knew straight away, that this is a place for me. Lots of land, far away from civilization, surrounded by fields and on top of it the Mountain View was just a cherry on a cake.
