Dans le pittoresque parc national des 5terre. À quelques pas des plus beaux rochers de Riomaggiore et de sa mer cristalline. Jolie maison caractéristique, située face à la mer. Il bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la mer et propose 4/5 lits. L'appartement se compose de 4 pièces situées sur 4 étages différents reliés par un escalier assez raide et étroit: rez-de-chaussée, entrée / salon, avec canapé-lit et TV satellite; au premier étage, chambre avec lits superposés, salle de bains avec douche, balcon avec vue sur la mer; deuxième étage, cuisine et balcon avec vue sur la mer; troisième étage, chambre double, TV satellite, splendide vue mer. Chaque chambre est climatisée. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, mais la valeur optimale est de 4 car 5 sont un peu étroites


*** Le prix comprend le nettoyage final pour une période de location minimum de 3 nuits, pour des périodes plus courtes le nettoyage n'est pas inclus dans le prix. Dans ce cas il faut rajouter 50 euros au tarif total, (60 euros s'il y a 5 personnes) Les frais de ménage sont à régler en espèces à l'arrivée.

We loved our time on Riomaggiore! This apartment was clean, easy to find with a gorgeous view and literally steps from the sea! It is bright and beautiful - the steps are small and steep so packing light is essential. The photos are spot on. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Our family of 4 including two teenage boys enjoyed our few days and loved Riomaggiore-we wish we could have stayed longer!

Very interesting place tucked in. The layout is different and if you do not like stairs, it isn't the place for you. But it does have nice views and is centrally located in town. Definitely not a place for suit cases, unless you leave them on the first floor, as the stairs are very tight.Still a fun place to spend a few nights in Riomaggiore.

The property is exactly as advertised. 4 floors with one room per floor and a tiny spiral staircase. Very charming. Two balconies overlook the gulf. One in the sun and one in the shade. Two considerations: the beds are very short. If you are over 5-11, you will not fit. The staircase is super narrow. Our backpacks were a great fit, but a suitcase could not make it. If you are a broad shouldered man, you have to turn sideways. The location is fantastic. Great access to the main part of town, gulf views and RIGHT ON the Cinque Terre trail. A great stay.

The check-in process was complicated and frustrating. After booking we were told we needed to go to a specific office to do the check-in, where we would be given the key to the apartment and where they would take us to the apartment. It was made clear that there was no other way to check in. Just before we were to arrive, we were contacted by the office that they would NOT be available to receive us and we needed to contact the owner. Very confusing. The owner then gave us the info we needed to find the key and access the apartment. My husband had to fix the shower door which would not open or close.

What an adorable place, with a stunning view!!! We loved everything!!! Riomaggiore is adorable. The view from the master bedroom is the best, the veranda off the kitchen is also stunning. We had a great stay here. Beds were good. Be prepared for lots of stairs - in Cinque Terre but also in the apartment. Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay!!!!

Cute house! Well equipped kitchen. And we loved the balcony for breakfast and end of day drinks. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Stairs are definitely narrow and steep - we left bags on bottom floor.Suggest train-arrival directions to house could be changed to walk via marina ... wider paths and less steps useful for carrying large bags.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Views!

I had a wonderful time at Rioggamoire! The property offers absolutely breathtaking scenic views that made our stay feel so special. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The host was also amazing—very nice, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Highly recommend!
