This villa is a beautiful villa estate surrounded by rice fields and direct ocean front. It is a suitable place for larger families or groups looking for accommodation close to nature. This luxurious villa consists of a main villa -with big swimming pool- and 4 guest houses -two with own swimming pool- all situated on a property of 2600 sqm.  It's an excellent place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. Individual couples and small groups are very welcome too.

The Villa and Guest Houses:
The main villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and offers complete privacy for families or honeymooners, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and opens directly onto the sparkling 12×5 meter pool, with serene beach views just steps away. This room connects -through a shared bathroom- to a smaller bedroom, perfect for two children or a single adult.

Upstairs, a third king bedroom awaits, offering breathtaking views of the beach. From the balcony, you can gaze over the pool and lush garden—an instant sense of calm and refreshment.

All bedrooms feature elegant en-suite bathrooms with refreshing showers, complemented by unique artwork and thoughtful décor.

The four guesthouses—two of which feature their own private pool—are nestled within the lush tropical garden behind the main villa and together accommodate up to eight guests.
Each guesthouse offers a spacious and elegant bedroom, all equipped with king-size beds. Three of these king beds can be split into two singles, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups of in total 14 persons (and 1 baby).

All guesthouses include a luxurious ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a wardrobe, minibar, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Every unit also features its own private terrace with comfortable sun loungers and armchairs, perfect for enjoying the tranquil garden setting.

Combined with the main villa, the estate can welcome up to 14 guests (+ 1 baby) making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or retreats.

In the front of the main villa there is a narrow path along the Bali Sea, a kind or boulevard. There you can see the local fishermen busy with their activities. Kalisada beach is on your doorstep. You can see the children playing on the beach and in the water.

The staff:
The staff team exists of nice and kind people. As a guest you have private staff for the villa. The staff have humor and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. Staff will be available to take care of you, we also have a help desk who can arrange tours, excursions, trips and everything else to meet your needs. Service from the staff and help desk are included in the rental rate of the villa.

After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of the villa (and other information 'good to know') and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and to see in the surroundings. In the villa you will find more brochures and information.

Restaurant:
There is a small restaurant (or 'warung') offering you a nice selection of food and drinks. Our menu consists of authentic Indonesian dishes. Our characteristic dish is the Indonesian rice table, consisting of a large number of small meat, fish and vegetable dishes. We also have a selection of Western specialties. Fish comes from the fishermen, who collect fresh treasures from the sea in front of the villa at sea and this fish can be prepared in many ways. Also the Awan, a fish that looks a lot like a sardine, delicious on the grill or crispy fried can be served to you. Breakfast is also served every morning to our guests.  So, everyone's choice! We serve these meals in our restaurant or on your private terrace.

This villa is incomparable. There are many properties for rent on Bali, but none offer what we offer our guests and do for them. You get a lot for a competitive price.

Transfer:
The best way to get around in Bali is with your own transport, whether you drive your selves, hire a driver, a moped or ride a bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible.

We can arrange the transport from the airport to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (or lobby) to bring you comfortable with a private air-co car to the villa. Transfer is not included in the rental rate.

For sightseeing tours you can also use our private driver. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made through our staff or the villa or through our help desk. The driver speak very good English and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot spots to visit in Bali! A private car with driver is easily arranged through the staff of the villa (even on short notice). There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes / scooters.

Explore:
The villa is located within a 20 minute drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transport can be easily arranged during your stay at this holiday house.

The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find the most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs or Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkelling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.

You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast!

Dolphin tour
Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island's south, it makes up for its frequent sightings or dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins.

This unique kinship between humans and dolphins developed over time - hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerels, and likewise, dolphins joined in for a frenzy following the cast nets. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors for a dolphin watching ride to see their aquatic friends from.

There is also a villa beach house where guests can rent snorkeling equipment (including full-face masks) and kayaks, making it easy to explore the calm North Bali waters right from your doorstep.
