The apartment is located in a recent building with a lift for the disabled. The house on the third floor enjoys a beautiful view of the condominium garden, the interiors are very welcoming thanks also to the modern furnishings and equipped with all the comforts normally found in one's own home. The living room with leather sofa is equipped with an open unit and a SMART TV, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a cradle for infants, the bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe, and it is possible to insert a second single bed. The heating is autonomous, the property has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, wi-fi connection, hairdryer and linen.
