The villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 verandas. There is a large private pool, a barbecue, air conditioning and all comforts.

The beach of Baia Santa Reparata is only 450 meters away and it can be reached after a walk. It is characterized by cliffs and seabeds with colors ranging from blue to green that make Baia Santa Reparata an ideal spot for those who love diving.
From Santa Teresa di Gallura it is possible to reach and visit the famous La Maddalena Archipelago by boat, an experience that we recommend everyone to do to admire the wonders that the islands of the archipelago can offer.
Small shops, night clubs, cafes, restaurants and evening stalls populate the historic center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, which in summer comes to live with its events and entertainments.

- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
