Beautiful, natural stone, detached villa with a large surrounding garden featuring a private pool, olive trees, and a picnic table. The house has a spacious dining/sitting area and open-plan kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. Cosily decorated and very comfortable furnishings. Satellite TV and wifi are available with Flemish channels and Netflix.

The sleeping arrangements are well-distributed, featuring three bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with a single bed. Additionally, there is a separate room under the roof with two single beds; due to the low ceiling, this room is only suitable for children. Adjacent to the house, a stone-vaulted covered terrace features a large oak table seating 12 people. The large garden of 1700m2 is partly enclosed by a wall and includes a private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September). Around the pool, you will find a terrace with natural stone benches, as well as sunbeds, garden furniture, and parasols.

An outdoor shower offering the necessary privacy completes the picture. Take a siesta in the hammock in the shade of a deciduous tree and enjoy this lovely peaceful spot. The property also features a large parking area available on-site for your convenience. The friendly town of Les Vans is barely 5 km from this holiday resort. Ideal property for year-round rental!
