Lejligheden er lys beliggende i en stille gade, der fører til Bellosguardo - et område i Firenze beliggende på en lille bakke, hvorfra du kan beundre den storslåede udsigt over den ældste del af byen. Det ligger i stueetagen med en privat have på 60 kvm.
Det består af et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, et enkelt soveværelse, et soveværelse med to enkeltsenge, to badeværelser med bruser, et fuldt udstyret køkken.
Efter anmodning kan dobbeltværelset blive et dobbeltværelse.
Du kan finde alle de bekvemmeligheder: såsom uafhængig opvarmning, aircondition, satellit-tv, Wi-Fi, vaskemaskine, strygejern og strygebræt, to hårtørrer (en til hvert badeværelse), sengelinned, tæpper, puder og håndklæder.
Den private have er udstyret med al komfort: et bord med stole, en lille sofa, tre liggestole .... det er det perfekte sted at slappe af efter en dag med sightseeing, spise i fred eller nippe til et glas vin .
Den rolige, sikre og risikofri have er det ideelle sted for familier med børn.
For børn op til 3 år leverer jeg en campingplads komplet med lagner og tæpper.

Our stay here was so amazing!! Sonia was so kind and helpful. From the very beginning she was very responsive and gave us great directions and suggestions on what to do in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone, in a great location and so close to everything. We love you Sonia!!

Sonia the property manager was amazing. She welcomed us with a wealth of information. Be sure to try some of the restaurants she recommends. Very good. The place was perfect and the patio garden space was wonderful to sit a relax. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

LOVELY home

Sonia was so kind and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome and get the lay off the land. The home is very nice and we really enjoyed the courtyard as a family. Wonderful stay!!

Sonia is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and that all our needs were met. The place is as pictured,clean with transportation into the historic areas practically at your doorstep. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in Florence.

Great host

Host was so kind to let us drop our bags and had great recommendations. Parking was feet away and outside of the ATL zone. Very convenient location for us.

Great space & Location

Convenient location. Walking distance to main Florence attractions. Off the main street, first floor apartment, no noise from traffic. Very clean and spacious apartment. Welcoming and helpful host.

Relaxing Gem

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and a lot of that had to do with this relaxing and peaceful home to come back to everyday after a busy day exploring this beautiful city. Our host was so generous and very helpful, we are so grateful to have stayed here. It was so close and walkable to everything in the city. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect stay for a quick Florentine trip!

We really enjoyed Sonia’s place in Florence. The location was surprisingly great! Much more of a local vibe with great restaurants nearby. Florence is such a walkable city and it was easy to walk to the city’s central area. Sonia gave us helpful instructions and tips for our quick 2-night stay. The size was more than comfortable for me and my friend. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sonia - you were a great host!

Perfect apartment

The apartment was perfect and in walking distance to all we want to see in Firenze. The communication with Sonia was perfect and we got lovely tips. We used the possibility to rent the garage with a reservation from her. We would stay there again the next time in Firenze. Thank you very much. 🙏

10/10 stay!

This property was the perfect home for our Florence vacation. We loved staying in this part of the city which was close enough to walk to all the main attractions in city center but away from all the busyness of that area. Sonia was an amazing host—one our best ever. She helped us navigate the bus and gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Favorite things we did (at Sonia’s suggestion!) were Piazelle Michelangelo and Pitti Palace. If we make our way back to Florence someday, I hope Sonia is still hosting!

A fantastic apartment in a great location.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this fantastic apartment. Sonia’s communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. She met us on arrival and spent time telling us about the area, places to visit, shop and eat. Whenever we had a question or needed a taxi she would help immediately. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms were quiet and the outdoor area is really lovely.

It was perfect for two couples.

There were 4 adults and we loved Sonia’s place. The two bedroom, two baths were a great size. We had all we needed and more. The washer came in handy and we aired dried our clothes . We had rain several says and would have loved to have enjoyed the courtyard more. Beds were comfy and loved the location. Sonia was always available readily to answer any questions, book a taxi, or help us out. Very convenient to the bus stop. Its like right outside the door. Thank you for the best experience ever for our first trip to Italy!! It was like staying at a dear friends house!

Outstanding service

The apartment was not in the busy touristy area. It was in a cool neighborhood with a little grocery and restaurants and was so quiet. But our host, Sonia, made the experience perfect! She was so quick to respond to all my questions before we came and when we would get lost in the city. She took such good care of us. She felt like family. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!

Perfect apartment!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Clean with a lovely patio! But the hosts were what made our trip. Sonia was the best! Our flights and train were late but we were able to be in communication with her and she was integral in us getting our missing luggage to the apartment! She was so helpful and friendly with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would stay here again without hesitation. Perfectly situated to walk anywhere in Florence. Perfect 10!!!

Sonia made you feel at home from the moment you booked the apartment

We were here nearly 3 wks studying hand engraving at NAA Studio. The apartment is 8 min away from the artisan district where the studio is located. Sonia was so sweet to us and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. With 3 bedrooms, we each had our own room. We often cooked our supper in the apartment and it had all we needed to do that. It is a quiet neighborhood with no tourists around. We felt very “local” and enjoyed it immensely! Thank you Sonia for taking such good care of us!!!

Our stay here was great. A perfect location for exploring Florence. Sonia was absolutely wonderful. A very warm and friendly host, easy communication and she went out of her way to help with anything you could need. Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. There is also a great grocery store just across the street and through a lovely little park. It was nice to enjoy a home cooked meal after several nights in hotels/restaurants. If you are arriving by car there was a perfect parking garage right around the corner, less than 1 min walk. Which Sonia also entirely arranged for us to use. 10/10

What a Gem - Wonderful

We stayed for a couple of nights in the apartment with our 16 year old son - absolutely no complaints- everything you need for your stay and to make you feel at home - clean and toiletries available - Sonia met us and explained how everything worked and left us basic things like water etc and a lovely bottle of wine - she explained how to get to all the sights and it really wasn’t far to walk - lots of lovely restaurants close to the apartment and Carfour mini mart very close - nice bar just round the corner where they had live music - apartment had aircon that worked well and a lovely outdoor space - highly recommend and if we visit Florence again I would definitely stay again 5 stars from us

Girls Italy trip

Great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, gelato and pharmacy within a very short walk. Sonia was amazing to deal with- replied to messages very quickly and when we arrived spent time to go through the apartment with us and tell us about the neighbourhood ( even drew everything for us on a map). Great outdoor space for dinner and drinks. Only down side (and it’s minor) is that because there were 5 of us, this unfortunately meant the sitting room was converted into a bedroom so there was limited sitting space inside. Having said that, we were able to easily convert the bed back into a couch when we needed to. Like I said, minor issue. Overall a great trip. Grazie Sonia!!!

Absolutely Fabulous!

I can't say enough good things about Sonia and this apartment. First of all Sonia herself - what a lovely lady! She met us at the parking garage down the street (where we left our rental car during our time in Florence) and walked us to the apartment. She oriented us using a map of the city and pointed out all the nearby restaurants. She thought of literally everything from showing us how to use the washing machine to the shampoo in the shower - she even gifted us a bottle of wine. The location of the apartment is AMAZING and one of the main reasons I chose it. It was a short, easy walk to the river and then across any of the bridges to the famous sites. The neighborhood restaurants are great, especially the one right across the street. The gelato by the park was fantastic and the perfect place to stop on the way home. The apartment itself is cozy and had exactly what we needed - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dining room and sitting room, plus the lovely patio. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter and her husband, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The heat/AC were perfect and the wifi worked great. We felt very safe with the two locked doors to get into the building and then the locked door to the apartment. If you are planning a trip to Florence this is the place to stay. Lovely flat with very helpful host

We spent a very pleasant week in Florence staying in this property. Communication with Sonia was excellent over WhatsApp. She greeted us at the flat even though it was 20:00 by the time we arrived and gave us lots of useful advice on local shops, restaurants and transport. She also helped us book a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay. The flat is about 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Florence. It’s in a quieter area, but still near supermarkets and with a good choice of nearby local restaurants, which seemed to offer better value than the ones in the centre. The outside space was larger than we expected and was a pleasant place to sit outside or have a meal. As you’d expect from a ground floor courtyard garden, it’s overlooked by the balconies of other flats above. The flat was well equipped. The air conditioning worked well even though it was over 40C for part of our stay. The internet speed was excellent, there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the solid walls meant there was no issue with noise from other flats. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

The apartment was cozy and full of Italian character. The host was waiting for us when we arrived which was very convenient. She had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us as well as coffee, milk, sugar and tea which was a nice treat. She also had a new washing machine along with laundry detergent and electric dryer racks. She gave us all the information we needed for a two day stay and then some. She was not only our host but a new friend. Would definitely book with her again. Thank you Sonia.

A perfect stay! The location is great, convenient to the major attractions, yer far enough away to be quiet and feel like a local. Sonia was a perfect host. Communication was fast and thorough. We were welcomed to the apartment by Sonia who explained all the features and spent a lot of time to give us tips about things to do, where to shop, transportation suggestions, and restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated the bottle of wine, chips, and cake! It was very nice having coffee for the morning to start our day after a long flight to Florence. I wish there was an option to rate with more stores. This is an exceptional property and host!
