This place is perfect for your stay in Venice. All the important sighs are just about at a 10 minutes walking distance. The location it self has the flair off the typical venetian feel. It is very quiet and off the beaten pass of the crowded tourist areas. The neighborhood has many excellent restaurants and coffee shops with reasonable prices that do not break your bank. The communication with Davide (and Enrico) was excellent, a very cary host. I have already recommended the place to friend who will come to Venice shortly. One thing for your arrival/departure. No matter what boat you take, get off (and on) at the Ospedale stop. From there it is just 4 minutes to the house and no bridges with stairs up and down to walk with luggage. We had a great time, I hope to come back soon...Thank you David and Enrico

Marvellous quiet location

The apartment was easy to reach using the ferries and there were many restaurants and cafes in the area. It was only a 12 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and other attractions were easily reachable. The flat was beautiful with a modern design but vintage elements. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. The air conditioning struggled greatly in the heat the first 2 days/nights we were there and did not cool as effectively as I would have expected, this may cause others an issue in the summer months. Davide is the perfect host, he met us at the main parking centre and guided us to the property; he also kept in touch during our stay to ensure we were finding everything we needed. If I'm back in Venice any time I'll be looking at this property first.

Un havre de paix à quelques minutes de l'animation de de la Ville

Appartement situé idéalement non loin de San Giovani e Paolo, à quelques minutes de la Place Saint Marc et du marché du Rialto. Notre hôte Davide est aimablement venu nous chercher à la station de l'Aliguna Blue nous amenant à quelques pas de notre gite. En plus de sa gentillesse, quelques petites intentions nous attendent sur place et Davide nous recommandera un restaurant de poissons tout proche où nous retournerons plusieurs fois lors de notre séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, meublé avec beaucoup de goût ajoutant une touche romantique au lieu dans cette ville qui l'est tout autant. Mais franchement, pourquoi vous dis-je tout cela ? Je prends le risque de plus pouvoir y revenir faute de disponibilité. Merci encore Davide pour cet accueil chaleureux et ton amour de cette ville que tu sais si bien communiquer. Mireille et Jacques
