7 WINDOWS ON VENICE APARTMENT

7 Windows is located outside the touristic itinerary but close to the main attractions of the city. This gives you the possibility to spend the time in Venice in a peaceful area and admire the panoramic view from the seven windows of the apartment. Something unique!



The apartment is on the second floor of a typical venetian building with only three apartments in total. It is bright and comfortable, ideal to live the intimate emotions that only Venice can give you. The flat is composed of a living room, a little kitchenette, well furnished in general: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV. There is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and another bathroom with shower. It is perfect for a family with children.



In Sestiere (district) Canareggio you  will find the gothic Palazzo Ca’ D’Oro and the marvelous Gesuiti church.



If you love shopping Strada Nova is one of the best streets. The Fondaco dei Tedeschi near Rialto bridge (10 minutes by foot) is also well known for its panoramic terrace, where you can admire the Grand Canal of Venice from the top.



All around is full of restaurants, cafes and “cichetterie” where you can taste the typical venetian food and aperitif and enjoy the nightlife.



From here you are walking distance to San Mark Square and Palazzo Ducale (20 minutes).

The advantage is that the apartment is close to Santa Lucia train station and Rialto’s vaporetto stop, where you can find all the public transportation lines that connect to the city sites, islands and to the Venice Airport.

quaint little apartment, easy to contact host, easily helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight the next morning. If we stayed on the island again, I could see staying here again

Chill location away from tourist

Our stay was nice and relaxing. Apartment was small but convenient. Only issues were the mosquitoes that were on the hunt and the steps going to and from apartment.

A perfect stay!

Thomas’ place was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it is in a cool area of Venice, but not where it is extremely touristy or busy. The windows are even better in person and the apartment gets plenty of light. Thomas was very responsive and friendly. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip!

So wonderful

What an incredible place to stay in Venice! Peaceful but central, with great restaurants and bars within literally a few steps. The apartment itself was lovely and well laid out. And the AC was of course amazing to come home to after long long walks all day. Also great communication and check in! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you are over 70 be aware the stairs to the apartment are quite steep. Dust bunnies that we swept up. Could have used a deep clean. Cannaregio is a great area but don’t think I’d stay here again.

Great location and clean.

The rental was in a central location, we were able to walk easily to all destinations including the rental on day of arrival. Beds were a bit firm. One drawback was the air conditioning was not the best. It was warm during our visit, however we suffered through the nights. Thermostat was set at 20*C and it never got within 10* of that in the bedrooms.

Great communication

The host was very responsive and helpful. To me this is so necessary when traveling. The downside of this place is lack of a place to put belongings. Mu husband and I were traveling with our adult son. The bedroom with bunkbeds had storage and floor space. The bedroom with the larger bed had no storage or floor space to put suitcases on. Some hooks to hang clothes on would help. The views are spectacular, the location quiet, the host great. If you are a couple, this would be outstanding.

Beautifully clean, comfortable, airy apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. Lovely and clean. Very comfortable. Fab view. Excellent communication with host. Quiet neighbourhood with bars and restaurants just 5mins away. Approx 20mins walking to bus & train station in one direction and St Marks Square in the other. In a good position to explore the whole of Venice. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.

Perfect Venetian Getaway

We absolutely LOVED this property for our family vacation to Venice. The customer service was top-shelf, the apartment exceeded our expectations and the location is perfect if you're a lover of Venice or a newbie. The photos do the property justice. In fact, it's a little nicer than it looks in the great pics. The perfect home away from home and a rental we will never forget.

Good location on a quiet street. Easy walking to main sites and the train station. Good option for family with two children with bunk beds in second bedroom. We ended up arriving later than planned and the host was flexible. We didn’t meet in person, but he was very responsive.

Venice in April

What a wonderful location in Venice to launch an adventure. The boat bus is a .4 miles away, but if you go to Venice, you should know that you are going to walk. The walk is pleasant as it is in an area of Venice that is not to impacted by tourists - relatively speaking. We stayed at this magical hide away for three nights, Friday through Sunday (Easter Sunday). The house is close to nice restaurants and the pictures presented in the promo due the site justice. Please host who left a bottle of nice bubbly for us. Great time all around.
