ラポンデローサは、大きな庭とプライベートプール（6 m x 9. 5 m）を備えた素敵なコルティーホです。 美しいレクリン渓谷で最大の村、パドゥルのすぐ外に位置しています。 保護された「ラグナ・デ・パドゥル」湿地の端にある非常にプライベートな家で、シエラネバダ山脈の美しい景色を眺めることができます。

宿泊施設は、1つのダブルベッドルームと1つのツインで構成されています。 ダイニング/リビングルームは、キッチンに直接アクセスできるオープンプランです。

戸建住宅はブドウの木と果樹に囲まれており、伝統的なパティオは大きなパーゴラに覆われています。 星空の下で食べるためのバーベキューとテーブルと椅子があります！ 大きなスイミングプールと日光浴テラスからは、田園地帯の美しい景色を眺めることができます。

グラナダとコスタトロピカルの間に位置し、道路への接続が良好なため、このエリアにあるすべてのものに車で簡単にアクセスできます。 コスタトロピカルのビーチ（30分）、アルハンブラ宮殿のあるグラナダ（15分）、シエラネバダスキーリゾート（45分）。 Wifiインターネット接続。

A very nice spacious casa, all rooms of a good size, very private, with lovely outdoor space with various seating options. The pool is fantastic, large and clean. Antonio looked after us very well.

Had a fantastic stay. The property was all we could of wished for. The pool is fantastic and maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The house had all we needed. Outdoor area was a highlight and opted to stay in and eat more nights to make the most of the lovely outdoor area. Granada is only 20minutes away. We hired a car and also visited Salobrena which was a lovely beach resort. Nearby village of Niguellas also worth a trip and had a lovely meal overlooking the hills. Our favourite day was visiting nearby Sierra Nevada and getting the gondola and chairlifts where we could cool off from the heat wave.The hosts were very friendly and helpful if need be. Would reccomend. Thankyou for a great stay!

Un lugar estupendo

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, el jardín es estupendo y la piscina aunque no la hemos utilizado tiene buena pinta para otra época de más calor. Está cerca de Granada (20-25min en coche) y el pueblo es muy tranquilo. Todas las mañanas venían 4 o 5 gatos a saludarnos que se ve que viven por las inmediaciones, en definitiva un sitio muy tranquilo y recomendable.

Un oasis

Sejour merveilleux. Détente. Antonio est très gentil, accueillant et discret. Maison propre , confortable et tranquille avec toutes les commodités autour. Séjour agréable et calme tout près de Grenade

Maison rustique au calme au pied de la Sierra Nevada avec un extérieur agréable, une grande piscine à l'abri des regards, un parking pour 2 véhicules, le tout étant situé à une vingtaine de minutes de Grenade, bien pratique pour y effectuer plusieurs visites en quelques jours. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui savent restés discrets et arrangeants.

Was een heel warme en fijne vakantie in een mooi huisje.het keukenmateriaal was verouderd,voor de rest alles oké.zwembad was super en werd goed onderhouden,een minpuntje geen zwembadverlichting voor de warme zwoele avonden.zou leuk zijn om in een verlicht zwembad ook in de donker te zwemmen.

Location typique et rustique idéalement située pour des excursions dans la région de Grenade. Très belle piscine et jardin. Antonio et sa famille sont à l’écoute des besoins des locataires. Suggestion d’amélioration sur les ustensiles de cuisine.

Relaxing fortnight in lovely Andalucian house

We had a fantastic family holiday in La Ponderosa. The house is small but is comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. There's no air con, but by using windows, curtains and fans we managed to keep the sleeping temperature bearable despite the heatwave conditions. The big garden and pool are the best features of the house. We spent many happy hours playing, relaxing and eating outside, enjoying the views over the mountains and valleys. The whole garden area is a lovely green oasis which is totally private and secluded. We considered staying on the coast for this holiday but are glad we decided to stay further inland. The Lecrin Valley is beautiful and peaceful, and Padul is near the amazing city of Granada and the mountains, but still within easy reach of the beaches of the Costa Tropical. There are plenty of amenities in Padul, and a bigger supermarket a short drive away in Niguelas (which is a lovely village to visit in its own right, including for mountain walks). Last but not least, Hermy, Antonio and family are excellent hosts: they're friendly and attentive but also go out of their way to enable you to enjoy your holiday in peace too. ¡Gracias por todo!

Perfecto sitio para descansar y estar con amigos o familiares es un pueblo que hay bares y supermercados .. autobuses y a 15 minutos en coche del centro de Granada...muy grande y cómoda la piscina y Antonio de diez muy amable y servicial ...las próximas vacaciones repetiremos.

Hidden Gem

Great stay in Casa Ponderosa which had lovely views overlooking the mountain and a fantastic outdoor area. There is secure parking and good internet access, the casa is very clean and well equipped with good size bedrooms which are decorated authentically and with very comfortable beds . A bus stop to Granada is only a 5 minute walk away. Antonio was very friendly and quick to respond during our stay, nothing was too much trouble! We will not look any further when we return and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

La Ponderosa is owned and looked after by the Mochon family. Antonio a retired carpenter and his wife Agustina bought the land about 40 years ago and built the first Cortijo "La Ponderosa". As well as a summer house the family used the cortijo for keeping animals and growing fruit and veg. When Hermy (their eldest daughter) met Adam (Bristol, UK), they decided to start letting it out for holiday rentals. This proved so successful they then decided to divide the land and build an entirely separate house also with its own pool - Villa Agustina! Both houses and gardens have their own pool and garden as well as private entrances (nothing is shared).
Hermy and Adam look after the bookings.
